I was leery due to the vast price difference between this spot and other Nashville hotels. Vastly more affordable! It doesn't appear to be the greatest section of town, but we had no problems at all. And it is within sight of the Nashville skyline, so quite close to downtown. The rooms and lobby were perfectly clean, housekeeping was very well done. We had no car, but were able to walk to some spots and easily and affordably Ubered to others. It's not a resort vacation, obviously, but if you need a clean place to sleep, no problem with this spot. We plan to stay there next time.
Stayed at the knights in for 2 nights and don't have any complains, the place is clean, confortable with a perfect location to explore Nashville. Probably the best for what you are paying. I hope you have a great time and enjoy your stay at Nashville!
The knob broke and I had left my phone on the bed leaving me panicking and trying to kick down the bathroom door for hours because it was so loose and not budging on the other side to remove the bolt and unlock it
Started out a bit rocky with a microwave and TV that didn't work. As soon as I mentioned it to John at the front desk, he was able to get me into a different room. He went above and beyond and got it taken care of quickly. We really appreciate the service he provided! You really can't beat the location for the price! With some cosmetic updates, this place would be amazing. It's walking distance to the stadium with a great view of downtown. Would definitely stay here again.
Rooms are very clean. John at the front desk was extremely helpful with our reservations. Made sure we have everything we needed and that we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again. Great location. water pressure was great.
Clean comfortable beds and room. refridgerator, mucrowave, good air heat contol,. Friendly staff offer to let use computer and printer to print e concert tickets. 6 minutes from east basement for concert. Highly recommend booking expedia or priceline for good prices
The manager at this hotel (James Patel) is extremely rude. Me and my family were treated so awful by him. We were told there would be breakfast and there wasn’t any. When booking our hotel it wasn’t clear if there would be breakfast included so we asked the robot on the website (Teri) and they said it included a full continental breakfast. We chose this hotel because of that hoping we wouldn’t have to spend extra money on breakfast. When we arrived to the hotel there was no breakfast, if we had known this we would have probably chosen a different hotel closer to downtown and with breakfast. We asked the manager about it and he got instantly so defensive and started yelling at us asking for us to show him proof. Once we show him the screenshot of his website telling us there was breakfast he kept on yelling at us and insulting us. We were just asking him about it and it could’ve been fine if he just tried to explain but he didn’t do anything to help us. Instead he was just completely horrible to us. We stayed at this hotel for a week and our room was only cleaned once. We had to go ask them to please clean our room. They also decided to cut the grass with a very loud lawn mower at 7:00am which wasn’t great.…
Evan Mason was a fantastic valet and guide! He was friendly, personable and provided information about Nashville since it was our first visit! He drove us in the shuttle to 5th and Broadway so we could explore Nashville!
I've stayed here yearly in September until COVID. I was disappointed to learn that there is NO BREAKFAST anymore. The room was fine. Desk service poor. The phone in room didn't work so I could not get wake up call. I told them in morning and they didn't fix for there rest of my 3 night stay. Great location but don't expect any food. The morning desk person couldn't even tell me where to find breakfast! If you stay and crepes and bagels go to the Red Bicycle on 5th st over the bridge less than 5 minutes by car
We stayed here on the way home from vacation, just got a night. I checked the rooms when we got there and they seemed clean. Although when I woke up covered in bites I realize they were not as clean as they seemed. I had nothing on me before staying here. We got in at around 11:30 p.m. and went straight to sleep when we got to the room. didn't take anything in with us thank goodness. I woke up covered with at least 30 or more bites in the pattern of bed bug bites, and my children also woke up with multiple bites. The only nice part about this hotel was the view I had of the city but that was not worth the bites my family and I suffered 😞
