I have used the valet every time I come to this hotel and always have a great experience. It is typically busy and Isaiah & Drew go above and beyond and always friendly! Never a bad attitude or rude!
We stayed there from 8/14-8/18 in the spacious king corner rooms- loved them! The location was awesome-just a short walking distance to all the bars and activities. We were especially pleased with the breakfast each morning- way beyond our expectations- eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy to name a few! David, who I think may be the kitchen manager was the BEST!! He was a ball of energy, walking around and checking to see if everything was ok, cleaning our tables, and taking our plates etc. And what a personality! Also, everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful ( loved Darlene!- who was sweet and gave us a couple of recommendations of places to eat). All good advice! We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. We'll be back!!!
I really didn’t know how to rate this hotel. For some aspects I would rate it 5 stars, but for other aspects, just a one. I settled on the average of three. First of all, the location is fantastic. It is basically just one block from Broadway street, making it quiet while still being convenient. I felt very safe in this location and the front staff were always friendly when we had interactions with them. On the contrary, we struggled to get our room cleaned. The first day it wasn’t cleaned but we had been in and out a bit so we assumed that our timing did not work with the cleaning staff schedule. We assumed it was a one off, so the next day we told the front desk and requested it be cleaned in our absence. No problem. When we returned it was done. However, the very next day (our third day) the same thing happened, only this time we had been out of our room for hours. We returned to find it exactly as we had left it. Since it was late afternoon by this point and we were leaving the next day anyway, we didn’t bother requesting a cleaning. Besides this, the one window in our room (411) was cracked, and this hotel quite possibly purchased the cheapest furniture anywhere. The drawers of the dresser were an absolute nightmare to open and close and the closet doors weren’t much better. As far as recommending this hotel, if location is your priority then it may be worth overlooking the downsides. …
There were few options for a family of 5 on New Year's Eve so we spent more on this hotel than we normally would have, but based on the pictures were expecting a nicely updated historic hotel. Overall, the hotel was fairly charmless, poorly laid out, and in bad condition. Room 602 had a dark, windowless living room with a bedroom that only looked out on the lobby, and a strange layout with no sink in the bathroom. The power outlet by the sink repeatedly shorted out, and the plumbing was noisy and slow to drain. At breakfast, there was no non-dairy milk, and fresh fruit was nonexistent one day and rotten the next. Positives: the location is good. The New Years party favors were a nice touch and we liked the live music (although it seemed like most Nashville hotels had this.)
Love this hotel! The people who do the breakfast are amazing! The free breakfast is amazing! The maintenance person was also great! We loved it all. The rooms are great and very clean. The bar is wonderful too but they should close it in to keep out the weather it’s too hot in the summer and way too cold when the weather is cold. So cold they had to close most of the time we were there which was a disappointment but when we did get to have a drink thete the bartender was the best.
Rex is amazing! It was so cold outside he had his dog with him and he was so well behaved! Really glad we got to spend time both of them his dog is so well behaved! Overall a great experience! Would highly recommend!
Great experience with the hotel. Valet was great and very cooperative. Forgot something in my car and they brought it back up very quickly. Thanks Chase, Josiah and Zane! The room was spacious and very comfortable!
We had a great stay from the day of check-in til we l check-out. Staff was very friendly Robin was amazing. Very informative. Clean rooms great breakfast walking distance to downtown. Highly recommend
This hotel was a short six block walk from the Broadway bar scene, but you could escape to this quiet retreat quickly. Great free breakfast, large rooms with kitchens, and modern accomodations with a much lower pricepoint than comparable downtown hotels.
Love the coffee shop, bar and breakfast!! Love the balloons, all of the service staff treat you like royalty. Food and beverage was great, was super happy with all the offerings of the hotel!! Be back
