I stayed at the property a few months ago and found it decent, but not to the level I have come to expect from Marriott properties. Being it was the closest Marriott property available for this overnight stay, I gave Courtyard another shot. What a great difference a few months -- and a new general manager -- can make. I was greeted at the front desk by new GM George Harper, who couldn't have been more helpful. We had a pleasant conversation and he even took the extra step of taking me outside and pointing me -- literally -- in the right direction to show how to get to a nearby restaurant. George thanked me for being a Marriott Bonvoy member and seemed genuinely glad I had chosen his hotel. I met a colleague in the lobby Bistro for a meeting. Our server had answers to any food/drink questions and was friendly with a ready smile and a quip. Next time I'm in the area, I won't hesitate. This Courtyard will see me again.…
We were traveling from University of Alabama with our RV heading North back to Ct and decided to spend a night just outside of Nashville. Great price on the room for a Sunday night stay with help from Chris the front desk man on duty helping up park the RV. Nice clean property just a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown Nashville.
This is certainly absolutely one of the hotels of all time. This hotel had staff. Had food that is absolutely food. And the beds were beds. In all seriousness this hotel was passable but there wasn’t really anything too special about it. But if you need a place to stay in Nashville, this will do.
Disappointed with check in process at Courtyard Nashville Green Hills for several reasons: (1) room key did not work and had to return to front desk TWO times; (2) no recognition of being a titanium elite member; and (3) no welcome gift (ie., points or food & beverage credit) offered. Room was just average, somewhat dark, and there was no lamp behind chair to read. Will be staying at Residence Inn Nashville Green Hills (which is next door to this Courtyard hotel) on Friday night and hope to have a better experience.
This hotel is simply beautiful with a beautiful view of the mountains and in the outskirts of the city The rooms were really nice and the staff were excellent. The mall is real close with a 10 minute walk. This hotel is not far from Downtown Nashville.
I love the red brick construction of this beautiful Courtyard by Marriott hotel. One of the nicer ones without a doubt. Pleased with how clean and well thought out the lobby and bistro lounge were. Starbucks always a huge plus. Good selection of food and drinks. The staff was always helpful and accommodating, especially the Asst. GM, Brian. We had a small mixup during check in and Brian jumped right in to make us feel welcomed and went above and beyond for our family. Will DEFINITELY be back. The location is amazing. Quiet, but walking distance to Green Hills Mall (wow this place), Kroeger and Bud’s Liquor.
I'm a Marriott fan. This hotel was very clean, and the bed, as usual, was so comfortable. I would only say the frig was tiny, I could barely get my water bottles in it, the tv was also small and no streaming services were available.
The staff is exceptional, Gina, Brian,Mira, so many others that I unfortunately forgot your names, and if I misspelled please forgive me. Truly welcoming and a pleasure to talk to, gave a first time visitor some great suggestions to check out. They have just undergone a renovation and the property is lovely. Will definitely be back and highly recommend
When you pay over $200 for a night for hotel room you should be able to reach a person at the front desk to track down a lost item. I tried for over two hours to raise someone at the front tesk here on March 8 2022 without success. I then tried to reach the Marriott Bonvoy number to get assistance and was told that they could do nothing to help me. After being put on hold for over an hour in total I was told that there was nothing that the supervisor (who refused to identify herself other than as "a supervisor" could do to help (though she was far less rude than the first "associate" who put me on hold. The hotel itself was a dreadful comment on the depths to which the Marriott name has sunk. I will never waste my money on a Marriott Property again! For $200 + there was no restaurant, no baggage help. but there were cheap plastic showers. I feel as though I have been mugged.…
My son and I were visiting for an audition at Belmont. Good location. Friendly staff. Came in on a Friday. Was not notified that I had to tell the front desk if I wanted my room cleaned. So my son and I were gone ALL DAY Saturday and my room was not cleaned. On Sunday morning when I left for the day I told the front desk my room number and that my room was NOT cleaned on Saturday. They took my room number and said it would be cleaned. Came back Sunday afternoon and it had not been cleaned. So I ask if they could clean it and they said housekeeping leaves at 4pm. I ask if they could at least give me clean towels. When I came back from dinner, there were clean towels in bathroom and beds were made. No replacement Keurig pods. I understand that they are doing a renovation but I stay at a lot of hotels and the carpet in elevators was filthy and this cleaning the room situation should have been taken care of. And I had to pay for parking. I would not ever recommend this hotel.…
