The hotel itself is isn't anything special. It was clean, and comfortable. Where it stands out is the staff. The absolute friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Not just one or two of them, but the entire staff. Everyone greeted me with a genuine smile and friendly conversation, which always ended with them asking if there was any way they could make my stay better. I will absolutely be staying there again.
This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. It is clean and very quiet. There was not one individual in this hotel from the desk staff, housekeeping, dining room staff that was not extremely and i mean extremely nice to say the least. They were all so accomodating and helpful. They do offer breakfast and the only thing i would incorporate would be having a toaster to toast bread as they during the 3 days we were there had biscuits on 2 days and no bread at all on one of the days and tended to have mainly sausage links, omelets, and biscuits and gravy. The coffee was excellent and they did offer cereal, fruit cups and blueberry muffins (would be nice to have a greater selection of muffins instead of just blueberry). There is a microwave, small fridge and coffee pot in rooms and housekeeping is very good about leaving fresh towels, and cleaning the room. This was a very positive visit and if i ever do go back to Nashville this will be the place i will stay!!!! Athough the hotel floors were not marked for social distancing that i noticed, they had signs all over with social distancing guidelines.…
Would 100% recommend. We were upgraded to a room with a sofa for free. The bathrooms have a fan (top of list of wants because who wants a foggy bathroom) and the ac/heat is quiet (also at the top of my list). Bathrooms are granite, carpet looks new. Thick towels, great shower pressure on third floor. Bonus, there is a side road for easy access to traffic lights on charlotte’s pike because it’s impossible to cross without one. Breakfast was bacon, omelettes, waffles and all the other stuff. Breakfast attendant was very nice and on top of things.
All the staff were very professional. Rooms were cleaned daily when wanted. Area neighborhood of the hotel was not in the best location. Kind of sketchy, but hotel was locked every night and we felt very safe.
Stayed 2 nights then traveled for several days and returned for the last 3 nights of our trip. Pros: Price/value. Good location right of freeway. CLEAN. It's so hard to find FRIENDLY staff and cleaners that actually clean. Kudos! Breakfast was very adequate and the lady serving couldn't have been sweeter! Sat. morning was too busy for one waffle iron, so go early if you want waffles. I'd recommend this as a great value in comparison to staying on Music Row/downtown. You can be virtually anywhere in Nashville within 20min. Cons: The mattresses vary. Our first room was okay, we like firm and it was showing it's age, but fine. Our second room mattress needs to be replaced. We could feel the springs starting to show and permanent indentation on one side. We still slept ok. They have new little k-cup coffee makers in the rooms which is a plus! But both rooms I struggled with the k-cups fitting the coffee maker, one I had to hold down and the other blew up with grounds in coffee. I think the k-cups do not fit the coffee makers (too big). Lastly, while this is not the hotels fault, rather I see it everywhere in Nashville, the homeless are hanging around the entire block of the hotel. The home behind hotel is abandoned/boarded up and you can see the homeless personal prop strewn all over yard. You can see the garbage and make-shift tents under bride from the rooms. Not sure the mgmt can tackle this city wide problem, but Nashville needs to step up or they will lose the tourists. Luckily we spent our week traveling the entire state and North/South. Much to see and do! Thanks for a great stay!…
The mini-suite was comfortable with ample space for my family of four. The breakfast was good and all the staff were friendly. Housekeeping staff were courteous and knocked softly. The rooms were clean except for behind the furniture. I always have to move the furniture so my autistic son doesn't use it for a spring board.. The hotel is close to downtown and the interstate. Overall a good value for the price.
This hotel is kinda hard to get to because of traffic and islands in the middle of the road. Once you get there it's pretty clear sailing...smooth. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was alright, better than most.
This place was a good choice for the night. The breakfast options were good and included a waffle maker, omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal and yogurt. Coffee and hot chocolate were available in the evening. The outdoor pool was closed for the season when we visited.
This is an awesome hotel. I have stayed on multiple occasions and the staff has always been super helpful and kind! Clean and comfortable rooms, terrific shower pressure and the fastest internet I have ever used!
We actually booked a different hotel but when we arrived it was very misrepresented in the photos and felt unsafe. I hopped online and found a nearby hotel. We made our way here and were pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean it was for the price. The hotel staff was polite and always available.
