My friend and I stayed here while we were in town for a concert. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We ordered the wings at the bar and we were not disappointed one bit. We needed to meet the chef, Deon! We had to let him know how delicious our food was that he fixed for us.....we could have slapped him! The chicken was crispy, juicy and seasoned just right! We will definitely visit in the future.
We stayed here last weekend for the Music City Grand Prix. It was the perfect location as the track ran right past the hotel. It was amazingly convenient and the staff were all very friendly as busy as they were. The bar was awesome as well as the food. Again the staff were incredible even though the place was a madhouse all weekend. The hotel is secure as the elevators will not work without a keypad. The only issue, and this is not the hotel's fault, is the cars woke us up at 8:00am on Sunday morning. Would highly recommend this place.
Nice place for the price & proximity to downtown Nashville. Breona at the front desk was a lore to work with. She was friendly and accommodating to our needs for a room change. Pleasant personality and willing to go the extra mile to help us with our room requests.
We wanted a hotel that wasn’t located right downtown. This hotel was close to downtown and an easy cheap Uber ride or you could walk which would take about 25min. Very affordable and a really nice hotel. The free breakfast was good and the staff was attentive and helpful. Beds were comfy. The room was a bit dusty and could’ve used a deeper cleaning, but fixture were modern and it was quiet. We would come back.
Got to the hotel right at 3:00 check in. Front desk was fine, check in smooth, got the key and headed up to our 11th floor room. Went to use the bathroom, lifted the lid and I won’t describe what I saw but, let’s just say toilet was not cleaned. Called the front desk to let them know and they said come back to the front desk and they will move us to a different room. They (Crystal and Brianna) were very apologetic and quickly got us a better room with a city view which was great. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, all in all a good place to stay. Super convenient to downtown and all Nashville has to offer. I was in town for a convention so we were only in the room in the evening but we enjoyed our stay and will consider staying again in the future when in town.
We had the best time In nashville! Gigi at the front desk was so sweet and helpful! She made our trip so much better! Love her and we will be back We will definitely be staying at this hotel when we come back and we hope to see Gigi again
Last night was one of the worst nights ever! We had gotten an Airbnb and it was awful! We got the hotel here and Margo helped us so much she made sure our room was clean and ready! And helped us find food at 3:00am She deserves a raise! She is a blessing and such a kind hearted person!! Thank you for the stay and thank you Margo for all your help !!!
There were toenails on the floor upon my arrival and dust so thick on the lamps that you could write your name in it, the fridge quit working, the towels and rags were coming apart, it took 2 days of complaining to get any relief, then they only vacuumed where the toenails were not the whole floor, It was unsanitary, and disgusting. I will not stay here again.
I got in around 1:30am, tired from a days travel. Margo absolutely took care of me. Never felt so welcomed while being that tired. Her energy is electric. Night two. Penny the bartender was as sweet as Tennessee whiskey. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Absolutely crushed it! Rooms were spectacular, but the people make the experience. 10/10 would stay here again.
When we arrived, there were crumbs all over the carpet! They offered us to change rooms but we were already unpacked. The next morning they closed AND locked the breakfast area almost 10 min early!!! Other than that, it was fine except for when we checked in. The lady was NOT very welcoming!
