This Hampton was exceptional from the lobby to the breakfast to the guest room. The lobby was stately with a warm fire blazing. The breakfast selection was varied and good. The rooms were lovely with a bathroom that looked new. The location was perfect for seeing the sights in Nashville, as well as, the surrounding area.
The Hampton Inn in the Green Hills area provided a great stay for the few nights we were there. The room was clean and modern, while the lobby was more classic. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night sleep overall. The hotel is located near the Green Hills Mall and within a fairly short driving distance from the Opry and downtown. It is also close to a variety of local and chain restaurants! The staff was also very courteous and helpful during our stay. The woman who checked us in provided a long list of potential dinner spots, all of which sounded good! The staff was also ready to help with and answer any questions we had. If you want a nice hotel away from the bustle of downtown, this is for you!
Beautiful hotel, was able to check in early which was great long drive from Cincinnati. My son loved the beautiful Christmas tree and breakfast was fantastic. Front desk agents were very helpful hospitality at its best. I will be back next month only staying here when I come to Nashville.
This hotel is bright, clean, & quiet, with great customer service, & within walking distance to Green Hills Mall. The price was reasonable. We ate at North Italia at the mall. We had to wait about an hr, but it was worth it. The drive from the airport on Briley Parkway didn't take too long & it kept us off the interstates, which can be a nightmare.
This is a beautiful hotel; convenient to shopping and restaurants. It was an easy trip to downtown concert, even with heavy Saturday night traffic. The bed was super comfortable bed. Outstanding cleanliness. The lobby had great holiday ambiance.
For YEARS, Hampton Inn & Suites Green Hills has been my choice of accommodations when traveling to Nashville. Be received impeccable service per every department. The house keeping, breakfast, maintenance and front desk staff are consistently FIVE STAR quality! From the front desk staff’s greeting, it’s like I’ve entered my home away from home!!! The location is extremely safe and near upscale shopping snd restaurants. You can’t go wrong choosing Hampton Inn & Suites Green Hills!
Hampton Inn Green Hills was great- very spacious room with huge, very comfy beds with lots of good pillows. Swimming pool, laundry, fitness room, ample breakfast to start your day. Everything you might need! Good location. Loved pumpkins and cozy feeling. Staff very friendly and helpful.
We have stayed here several times, and were here for three days this time. It's always been very good. It's located right in the center of the upscale Green Hills commercial area, only a five minute walk from the huge shopping mall (and 10-15 minute drive from downtown Nashville). You can walk to some nearby restaurants, including one of the best ones in Nashville. But it's actually very quiet. This is not your typical Hampton. Although it's 6-7 stories, it comes across as more upscale like a boutique hotel. The rooms, free breakfast, etc. are standard Hampton, but the lobby decor, friendly staff, and overall level of service gives you a comfortable feel not found in all Hampton's They have a nice outside pool here. Parking is free---either right outside or in a covered garage under the hotel. Nashville hotel prices are very high, especially on weekends. You'll pay $300 a night or so at this hotel on a weekend, but given the great location and other features here (plus free breakfast and free parking), the rates here are not unreasonable. Overall, another very comfortable stay here.…
For our trip to Nashville we decided to try this hotel rather than our regular place - glad we did. Service was 1st class, staff were very helpful, cleanliness was excellent and such a great location. We plan to to return to Nashville and will be staying here again on our next trip.
Beautiful hotel, styling is different from most Hampton inn’s and is much more upscale. I suspect this building was not originally owned by the hotel company. Our room was comfortable, couch and separate living area with microwave and small cooking burner, king size bed and shower. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast area and food was good and the usual standard for the hotel. Our only complaint was the hotel is on a busy road and we woke up at 7am by the noise of rush hour traffic. But this would not deter us from staying again. Parking included. Area seemed safe. Good access to opry which was just 14 minutes with no traffic (40 with traffic) and downtown country music hall of fame was 20 minutes as well.
