I though this being a Gaylord/Marriott property I would be safe but i was wrong. The room was really run down and in bad shape. Cracks in the wall, lights falling off, dirt in the carpet, big places knot of the desks. No service from the front desk. This place look like it was a hundred years old, and for the off season it was still $200 per night. We came out at night and right outside our door it was roped off where they were painting the sidewalk and we could not even get out. Dirty Rundown really bad shape i will never stay there again.

This was our first stay in Nashville and we had little idea of what to expect. This hotel was comfortable, well located with helpful and friendly staff. A special shout out to Travis who served our food and drinks in the restaurant and was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel was everything we needed for a great price. Beautiful, well- decorated lobby, clean, up-to-date rooms, helpful staff, and close proximity to Opry Mills and Gaylord Opryland. Nice, comfortable shuttle to each. My two kids (4 years and 18 months) loved the pool. Staff was swamped with a college marching band staying at the hotel but still met every need and answered every question. Bathrooms were small but manageable. Highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and spend your money on a business that would appreciate it. These people do NOT care. Make reservations 3 month in advance or you will NOT eat. Plan to wait in extremely long lines. Inflation hit Nashville the hardest. Everything is 2 too 4 times the cost of what it should be. They booked a dance event, numerous traveling groups and still let the public in for the same limited attractions you are traveling for. It's the perfect storm. I went to the front desk to ask for help with food, they could care less. Go to great wolf lodge, Disney, literally anywhere else. Gaylord is garbage and Nashville is the landfill it sits in.

Very nice accommodations with transfer to the Grand Old Oprey and restaurant on site. Great bar within walking distance that has live music daily. Coffee maker in the lobby wasn't working while I was there, but there is a coffee maker in the room.

3rd worst Marriott property I have ever been to in the past 10 yrs, I’m Titanium, the restaurant is horrible, with slow service and food was similar to a Chilis… Hotel is filthy, rooms haven’t been updated in at least 25 yrs, and I’m not exaggerating, I wouldn’t stay here if it was free in the future. I’m surprised Marriott even puts their name on this dump.

The hotel was good. Only took away a star because of the room i was in. It was an exterior room. I would highly suggest NOT staying in an exterior room. The noise level is horrible!!! You hear the street traffic all night long. Trucks, motorcycles, you name it ... all night long! That is my only complaint. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They did offer to move us to an interior room, but we would have had to wait, and being so tired, we decided to suck it up. Big mistake!!! So definitely a good value, clean, and great staff. Just make sure to book an interior room!

I was scheduled for a 3 night stay here at this dismal property. I left after one night and wouldn't have stayed one night, but was worn out after meetings. It was like a hot sauna in the room and the humidity was AWFUL! Room was hot, sheets were dirty and management was notified and made no concession for such dismal service. I cannot believe this is a Marriott property.

If you are happy with a very old, outdated, semi-clean motel you may enjoy this place. No frills. After taking a barely warm shower, I realized the AC was not cooling, so we were moved to another room. From the parking lot you can see a Hampton Inn. Go stay there.
