They definitely take care of you at Hotel Indigo The Countrypolitan! Very nice rooms & spacious. One thing that was Great there was no carpet in the rooms. Great for people with allergies. Would definitely stay again!! 🤠
Staff has been awesome! Very accommodating! Nice size rooms. Currently sitting in bar area drinking wine! Just sitting enjoying the ambience! Already receiving texted from a staff member asking if needing anything! Highly recommend!
I come to Nashville every couple of months; this was my first time staying at Hotel Indigo, but it will definitely be my hotel of choice for future stays. The staff is very friendly and helpful; the property is beautiful, and my room was upgraded so my room was EXTRA beautiful and spacious, but I am sure-based on the lobby-that even without the complimentary upgrade, the room would still have been nice.
Excellent hotel. Exceeds expectations. Great location. Great hospitality. The whole experience is exceptional. I cant find one negative thing to say. I highly recommend this hotel look no further.
Unexpected brilliance. Awesome location and awesome rooms. 10 stars all day long service. Food and bar excellent. I cant find anything negative to say and thats alot coming from me. I will definitely recommend staying here. I will be back.
If you want to be pampered, this is the place. Andrea and Heather are the best. Plenty of good advice on where to eat and tourist attractions. The food at the restaurant was fast and delicious. And so close to everything.
Affordable luxury, Bohemian whimsy, and genuinely kind and helpful staff. My cousin and I agree this was by far the best lodging experience we've had on our annual getaways While the decor felt classy-funky, the staff made it feel like home. The best of both worlds. Coming and going, we received the warmest greetings, sincere interest in our adventures, and guidance when requested. The on-site restaurant offers convenience, yummy food and drinks, and live music. The location? We were right next to historic and fun Printers' Alley and within easy walking distance of almost every restaurant and club we wanted to visit. The few Uber rides we took to more distant sites (like The Parthenon) were under $20. We absolutely loved Hotel Indigo!
My wife and I booked for a Friday night to attend a show at the Ryman Auditorium. Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is a refurbished building and was nicely done. Our room was very clean with a nice view of Printers Alley. The hotel bar and servers were fantastic. It’s an easy walk to all the spots in the downtown area. What really made our visit special were the two ladies working the front desk. Heather and Andrea were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Both went above and beyond. The hotel should be proud of the staff at this location. We’ll for sure be back on our next trip to Nashville. Scott & Vanessa
What an incredible hotel. It’s an old, restored bank that balances Southern charm and high-class amenities. From the moment we stepped into the hotel until we checked out, we were treated like VIPs. The rooms are airy and clean, the “gathering space” (bar/restaurant/music venue) was always well-staffed and accommodating, and we felt like we mattered. We will be back.
The wife gives our stay a thumbs up! We still have time left. The night is still young. The staff cared for us from the truck to the room, then gave us a bottle of wine for our anniversary. This place is super!
