I traveled to Nashville for work and stayed at the Hilton downtown property for 10 nights so I got a pretty good feel for this hotel. Overall my stay was great! The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I used the valet service every day during the stay and wanted to give a shout out to Zach Taylor for his exemplary service. He was on the ball, friendly, and showed me true southern hospitality. The entire valet team was great but It seemed that Zach was the one working most every day while I was there so I had most interaction with him.

I had breakfast at the Market most mornings and Denisa was my server every time except maybe one day. Her service was fast, friendly, and very much appreciated when I was in a rush to get to work each morning.

Because I was exhausted every night coming back from work, I ate at the Trattoria II Mulino in the hotel almost every night. The food and service were top notch and I will review the restaurant separately but if you're staying at the hotel, this is a great place to unwind and have a wonderful meal. Louis the bartender was my server most nights as I sat at the bar. His service was beyond amazing!

I declined housekeeping during my stay but I did notice the same housekeeping staff most days I was there as well. I could tell all of the people working there were dedicated to their jobs and doing the best they can during this difficult travel time. I was disappointed to see that the housekeeping staff were for the most part not wearing their masks over their face while cleaning rooms, which is why I declined housekeeping service.

My only complaint, and it's not really even a complaint but I want to give an honest review, was the cleanliness overall was a little suspect. The elevator smelled of sewer often, which was weird, and I saw the same hand prints on the elevator doors for days, which made me think the elevators were not cleaned daily. During the week I also saw the same garbage bags and used room service items sitting outside of rooms for several days. I'm sure staff was limited due to number of people staying at the hotel but cleanliness during the pandemic should be of upmost importance. The other unfortunate was the front desk response to phone calls. Twice I had to call down to the front desk while outside my room as my room key needed updating for some reason. Both times I was watching the front desk while I was calling them (It is an atrium type set up so you can see the lobby from the hallways) and they were literally ignoring the phone for what seemed like several minutes but probably more like several rings. I had to hang up and call back both times before the phone was answered. I also tried contacting the front desk via phone from my room a couple times and they never answered.

On the positive side, the front desk manager responded to my request to a reduced room rate for the 2nd week of my stay and that was very nice and appreciated.

The couple unfortunates aside, I would definitely stay at this location again and recommend it whether you're there for work or play, the location couldn't be better, especially if you're there to enjoy the downtown scene.

Not only is this Hilton conveniently located right in the heart of the action, but it's accommodations, service and staff are the best we've had so far in Nashville. We stayed for three nights and had a spacious room that had all the amenities you would expect to make your stay feel like home. The room was spacious with a view overlooking the Country Music Hall of Fame. It had numerous outlets conveniently place so you could charge all of your electronic devises. The shower was roomy with plenty of shelving to put all your toiletries. The bathroom was bright so makeup application was a breeze. We appreciated the nightlights, both in the bathroom and under the tv, that gave just enough light to guide you through the room at night. It was very clean and we had plenty of towels at our disposal. Housekeeping was on top of things. We had had a late night and when we woke for breakfast we knew we would grab a quick bite to eat and then return for a nap. That meant that we wanted our room cleaned while we were gone so upon leaving the room I approached Nadia, (housekeeping for our floor) and asked if she could clean our room so we could relax when we returned. She immediately stopped cleaning the room next to ours and started on ours. It was spotless when we returned. We spent all of our time enjoying the streets of Nashville so we didn't take advantage of the other amenities the hotel provided. The only area that I could see where some improvement could be made is for the hotel to have on hand some umbrellas that guests could check out on loan. We had one day of continuous rain and they did not have any umbrellas on hand. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

We were greeted by a friendly and service-minded staff member who to our relief gave us access to the room upon our early arrival. The room was well-equipped and I was particularly happy to find my favorite (hotel) coffee maker in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the block-out curtains kept the room completely dark overnight making for a really good night's sleep. We had some minor issues with the room, which to my delight was taken care off promptly. Impressive! The gym is adequately equipped with the standard water coolers and towels. The staff members in the executive lounge were friendly, service minded and particularly hard at work during breakfast hours. Not the most extensive selection at breakfast but more than adequate and I loved the coffee machine. The hotel is incredibly close to the Country Hall of Fame and a very short walk from some of the most iconic music venues in Nashville.

This is a beautiful hotel that is right next to the arena. while the hotel staff are very nice and accommodating and the rooms are well appointed I encountered a few areas That were disappointing to me for the price that we paid for a single night.

The first one was at check-in I asked the front desk about the pool and was advised they got rid of the pool nine years ago however according to the research I did on my travel portal for work it shows they have a pool they also do not have a reciprocal agreement with a health club and only one day a week are you allowed to use the pool at the hotel at the Omni and only if you purchase spa services which is a customary inclusion where ever you get spa services in general.

Next was I Reserved a king room near the elevator and was given a double bed however they made up for it by upgrading my breakfast.

later that night we went to the Italian restaurant inside the hotel, we did not have a reservation and when I Went to the bar to order takeout because the restaurant was full I was given a menu told to go to the opposite end of the bar decide on what I wanted to order and then walk back to the original end of the bar and give my order when I was ready there was very little room at either end of the bar and I felt it shouldn’t be my responsibility to have to walk back-and-forth across the crowd just to place an order at the bar. I then returned the menu back to the bartender and walked out and decided to eat dinner in the lobby area where there is another bar and a lighter fare. The service was very good and the food was not bad as well. afterwords I went back to my room and tried to go to sleep.

So disappointment number four was significant as I laid in bed and the noise from the arena across the street became increasingly louder I called down to the front desk asked him what time with the stop and they said shortly that was around 1030 it’s now 1130 and the noise hasn’t stopped of course the front desk was unapologetic because they are well aware of the fact that now I’ve paid all this money to spend the night in a hotel where I can’t sleep because they are right across the street from the most annoying sound of banging and that’s for a hockey game unbelievable I do not recommend this hotel at all. I consider a hotel to be a haven where I can get rest wake up refreshed or at the very least functional enough feel like I’ve tried to battle all night to try to sleep. this Hilton didn’t provide that at all as a matter of fact they’ve been very cheap about the little things in the details to what they offer to use to provide cotton swabs make up remover‘s mouthwash for details that made you feel like you’re taken care of for all the needs and you don’t need to pack excessive way but those little details are now gone and I would understand it, if their price point was within reason but again I offer my opinion that the Hilton here feels they don’t warrant to advise their clients of all the hotels shortcomings and do not update all the systems that carry information about their amenities.

As Hilton Honors members, we chose the Hilton downtown for its proximity to the heart of activities in Nashville. It was great in this regard but very pricey with ridiculously expensive parking ($45+ including tax per night)-this is TN, not NYC !! The hotel has an attractive lobby, and elevators with an openness that will not appeal to those with vertigo. The room on the top floor was less spacious than expected for the $350 + nightly fee, not including the $20+ occupancy tax which the person at the front desk could not explain. We chose a room on the top floor with a location away from all street activities, yet the noise was unpleasant. The rooms do not appear to be insulated from the sound of the street as well as noise from other guest rooms. The bed was comfortable, and otherwise VERY average. This all let to a lousy night's sleep despite driving fatigue. I would strongly recommend another downtown option like the Hampton Inn-probably less expensive and better insulated for noise.

My fourth stay at this fabulous location. Ideal as located right by Broadway. You can just feel the energy all around you. Hotel still looking fresh even after all these years. The separate living area in the suite makes for a nicer stay. Service level reduced as a result of covid but was still pleased with the overall experience. Staff was courteous. Mahrous who single handedly kept the executive lounge stocked with breakfast while cleaning the tables needs a special mention. Cheerful and efficient. Need more employees like him. The car valets are also an asset to the hotel being super efficient with service with a smile. No stay is complete without a visit to the on site Italian restaurant, trattoria il mulino. Tasty as always with great service.

Our Nashville night was fun & exciting. The hotel was chosen for its close proximity to the Nat’l Museum of African American Music & Etch restaurant. The staff is courteous & helpful & the room was clean & cozy. They had hand sanitizers stationed throughout, as well as disinfectant wipes.

I booked four rooms over the Christmas holiday. I did not have any luck contacting the hotel before arrival to make advance requests, but once I got there I did receive great service. The front desk kindly ensured all my rooms were on the same floor. The Concierge provided dining recommendations and a map of the downtown area.

Each suite was identical and spacious, but I found the level of cleanliness varied. One of my sons received a room that did not appear to have been dusted recently. My room had a musty odor as though there was previous water damage, and the furnishing was stained.

The location of this hotel and the lounge were the two stars of this stay. I found that even on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day there was excellent service in the lounge and a variety of offerings. It would be nice if the soft drinks and bottled water were refrigerated. Instead, there was a communal bucket of ice near the buffet with a scoop.

Despite the cleaning misses and worn furnishings, it was a comfortable stay.

Beautiful hotel with large suites. The bedroom was separate from the living space with a large flat-screen tv on both sides. Bathroom and shower were spacious. Different live music in the lobby each day. Staff very accommodating. Cucumber water available in the lobby all day. Our business trip included hotel breakfast each morning which was a delicious abundant buffet served privately for our group. Very well done. Hotel is just a block from Broadway activities and Honky Tonks, walking bridge. Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum is just across the lawn. Excellent location.

Stayed here two nights while celebrating our sons birthday. The hotel is conveniently located right in the middle of the action on Broadway but not on Broadway itself as it is on the backside of that block. The lobby is very open and clean with a bar and restaurant area and a hotel shop. We were on the 10th floor and had a very well appointed two room suite. Bathroom was good size with a nice shower. Lots of drawer space, lighted closet and the room had a refridgerator. Being a Hilton Diamond member, we had access to the Executive lounge. They had soda, water and snacks during the day and hot breakfast in the morning (which was nice for a change). I wanted to point out that the staff during the morning were very friendly and accomodating, cudos to them! Many people complained about the music coming from the Honky Tonks. Yes you can hear the music if you are on the northwest side of the hotel. It appears that the hotel has installed an additional layer of window insulation to help, but it's still audible. Not a deal breaker for us, as we came for the music. All we did was keep the tv on to drown out the sound. The only other negative I would point out is that parking is $45 and it's taxed an additional $4.28 per day. So you can calculate almost $50 a day to park with the valet here which I feel is extremely high. I know the hotel is in a downtown area, but I have been charged less in New York and Los Angeles! FYI, the valet service was a little slow on both days, so you may want to call down before leaving your room.
