The Hilton Nashville Downtown hotel is the only AAA 4-Diamond, full-service, all-suite luxury hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. Named "America's Friendliest City" by Travel & Leisure magazine, Nashville truly has it all: rich music history, vibrant nightlife and legendary culture.
Experience the Hilton Nashville Downtown hotel, located in the heart of Nashville, featuring luxurious accommodations and amenities in a convenient setting. We're across the street from the Music City Center and next to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Bridgestone Arena, and the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Our hotel is just one block from the historic Ryman Auditorium, former home of the Grand Ole Opry and minutes from famed Music Row.
We're just a short walk to the Entertainment District and legendary Second Avenue with a variety of honky-tonks, restaurants, shops and nightclubs.
Rooms are very spacious and clean. Hotel is located in the heart of Downtown Nashville walking distance to many fun places and restaurants. Staff is very welcoming and professional. Will definitely stay again.
The staff at the Nashville Hilton was exceptional. Our check-in person remembered us our whole stay. The housekeeping team was very friendly and very good at taking care of the room (daily!) The breakfast service was exceptional. The greeters out front always had a smile and friendly greeting. We encountered one person in a suit walking by us and he stopped and asked if there was anything he could help us with. So I’m assuming the great service is the culture at this hotel. The location, spacious suites and amenities were all outstanding. Highly recommend.
First time in Nashville and stayed at this beautiful hotel this week. The lobby is very impressive and is total class. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The bathroom is top notch. Staff is very friendly especially Alex in the the valet. Definitely will stay at the Hilton again!!
Wow! Can't say enough good things about this hotel. To start, location, location, location! Right beside Bridgestone Arena and a block from all the action on Broadway, yet quiet as can be. Second, suites are great! Nice and big, incredibly comfortable beds, and have all the little extras we're always looking for - safe, coffee maker, fridge. They are also cleaning rooms every day, unlike many hotels that are still using "covid protocols" as an excuse not to. Third, front desk staff is fabulous. Super friendly and helpful. Extra thanks to Erika who went above and beyond to make us happy after a little problem with housekeeping. Plus, mini Starbucks in lobby, yippee!, good (but maybe a bit pricey) breakfast in Market Street, and super delicious food from room service. So very happy we stayed here. …
We were in Nashville for a Christmas show at the Ryman. Checked in to a beautiful suite with a view of the park and The Country Music Hall Of Fame. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The suite was spotless and spacious with luxury bedding. The hotel is just one block to the epicenter of Broadway. Lobby bar was great too. I recommend!
The location is great--right across the street from the Country Music Hall of Fame and around the corner from the honky tonks and Bridgestone arena. The lobby is large and elegant. The bed was comfy. It stops there. Robes and slippers only provided if you ask for them. Towels were thin and non-absorbent. Bath sheets were large face towels. HVAC could not keep bedroom and living room at same temp. We asked for a pot of hot water to be delivered to our room--after 3 texts and visits to the front desk, they mastered that complicated challenge. As Hilton Diamond members, we were hopeful for an upgrade. There were dozens of upgrades available (for a fee), but we got nothing. The executive lounge had paltry options including warm soda. Slim pickings except for morning muffins. The lounge was kept quite clean, however. Should have stayed elsewhere for the same/similar cost, Next time, will choose the Omni.…
The Nashville Hilton downtown is an amazing hotel with the greatest location and staff in the area. It is in a prime location to all downtown attractions. After check in your experience is fabulous and hassle free. Guest service is always there to help in anyway ,, and they prove their guest are their number one priority. Best downtown propery by far. Guest service best in the city.
Had an excellent stay at the Hilton Downtown Nashville. I was in town for a conference and the staff were excellent. It is located walking distance to the Music City Center and Broadway (where many bars with live bands and gift shops are located). It is about a 10 min walk to the nearest Whole Foods and walking distance to the National Museum of African American Music. I use the Hilton app to contact the staff and they were very responsive. The fitness room is well equipped and included a Pelton bike, elliptical, treadmill, and row machine. All rooms are suites, and the bathroom is large, separate bedroom with a lighted closest. We had an interior room; windows looked out into the indoor courtyard. If you don’t like interior rooms, reserve a room that looks out into the street. The interior room could use more lighting (like recessed lights). There are 3 restaurants on site. We tried the Italian restaurant, service staff was excellent. We had the buffet at the Marketplace I want to send a special mention to Brett, Jose and Erika. Jose was one of the engineers who had to fix a light; Erika was front desk and Brett was security. I thought I had left my sneakers (found them myself…yay). But after reporting to the hotel Brett contacted me personally to let me know they were not located.…
My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Nashville Downtown from October 5-8, 2022. It was our first trip to Nashville and we absolutely loved the location of the hotel, the room and the amenities. My husband is a Hilton Diamond member, so we had access to the Executive Lounge and grabbed a light breakfast each morning and some snacks in the afternoons. Our room was in the corner facing Broadway and did tend to get a bit noisy at night. However, we always travel with a white noise machine, which helped to drown out some of the music from the Honky Tonk. The reason for my 3* review is that when we got home and my husband reviewed the emailed receipt, we noticed that our credit card was charged for a $70+ tab at the hotel lobby bar. Apparently, someone fraudulently charged their bar bill to our room. My husband called multiple times to explain that we never made the charge and each time the staff member/manager stated that they would “take care of it.” It’s been about a month since we came home and nothing has been done by the hotel to reverse the charge on our credit card. My husband is now filing a dispute with American Express, which has become a huge hassle. The way the hotel has handled our situation has unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth, so I’m not sure if we would return. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to others. However, when you check-out, don’t wait for an email receipt like we did. Get it printed right then and there so that you can double-check and be sure you don’t get charged for someone else’s fun.…
We were in town for the Nashville Predators game and when I say close to Bridgestone, that's an understatement! I love going downtown with all the fun, but if your sole purpose is to just see hockey, you can avoid all the craziness after you arrive by staying here. The room was beautiful. We had an interior corner suite and what I loved about it was the fact that I couldn't hear ANYTHING downstairs after the game (which there were many people enjoying night caps in their beautiful lounge), and also, the room had central heat and air, not one of those in-room individual units that wake me up turning on and off all night. My sleep was just about perfect in this hotel and I never sleep well in hotels. We WILL be back!
