I was visiting Nashville on a fun weekend getaway for vacation. The Westin Nashville has terrific staff and accommodations! Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious. Our server was fantastic, Karrisa- she recommended different items from the menu that tasted great. She was very attentive, everything was exactly to order. Karrisa made sure we got what we needed through the entire meal, even getting me a coffee to go! I highly recommend her and the Westin Nashville because they are so amazing!

Had an excellent time with family and friends at Westins L 27 rooftop! Best bartender ever, every craft cocktail we tried(and we tried many) were perfection! Brittany was the BEST! Knew her cocktails, made suggestions, recommendations were spot on! We told her what we liked and she made the perfect cocktails! Professional and friendly, service was fast even on a busy Friday. Came back on Saturday for a poolside cabanna. Again beautiful, perfect spot. Can not say enough about Shae!!! We loved her!!! Welcoming, warm beautiful! Made us all feel so welcome and comfortable. Austin took great care of all of us! He made sure we had everything we needed or wanted! Attentive but also allowed us our time to talk and totally relax! Way to go Westin with Brittany, Shae, Austin and others. We love other hotels in Nash but will chose Westin again and again because of Brittany and the professional staff at L27 rooftop. We had a wonderful stay at the Westin. The staff has been very courteous and welcoming. This morning we had our final breakfast before heading home to Texas. Katrina provided us with exceptional service and was very accommodating with our requests.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room was quiet and the beds were good. Our server, Tina, in the morning cafe was delightful. She was professional and so helpful. We had a group that kept growing and she never complained.very accommodating.

I’ve been to Nashville for pleasure 4 times. This is the best getaway rooftop bar to get away from broadway for an afternoon. Gorgeous views and Brian, the bartender, amazing. So accommodating, making conversation and getting to know us. I recommend seeing him before you leave! One of the best people I’ve ever met.
