We could have stay at the holiday in which was cheaper, more modern and unkept compared to Solé Miami. This definitely does not have a resort feeling. Certain days you have amazing staff and every other day it seems like the staff that doesn’t care.

I am a travel business owner and decided to have a birthday trip to Miami. The process of coming to the hotel was amazing. The y opened our doors and we were greeted with friendliness. It’s right off of the ocean, has beach access, a sauna and steam room. Honestly, those are the only great things I experienced besides Ross at the front desk. The room was not cleaned all of the way. No microwave, no ice machines and on top of that I saw two roaches. I took a picture of it. The room looked old or like it hasn’t been really tended to in a very long while. I didn’t like that there was no display in the elevators to know when the last time it was serviced. My friend and I stayed on the 21st floor and it looked unfinished in the ceiling. I will never stay at this hotel or recommend to any of my travel clients. …

Room was very clean, quiet section, my stay was amazing. Late night Staff was friendly and valet guy was very helpful. They were curious with check out time, wish I could have extended my stay but they’re booked up.

I loved this hotel!!! The location, the room, and the service were top notch. The ocean view and waking up to the sunrise each morning was unforgettable. The staff were friendly and courteous. I will definitely stay there again.

Friendly and efficient staff throughout . Clean suite , bed linen and pillows a very high standard . Good value versus similar properties on this side of Collins Avenue . The area felt safe and well lit . Loved the easy beach access and not having to cross Collins Avenue .

I haven’t tried all the amenities and, to be honest, I’m not spending much time at the hotel because I’m here for work. But I will say that the staff I’ve met at Sole Miami are awesome. I was having a bad day but Stevenson, the valet, made me feel a lot better. Andrei at the front desk was SO kind and welcoming. My trip got way better after talking to him at check-in. Thanks so much to this staff for making me feel relaxed and excited to be here. I needed it!

It's a quiet location mainly for relaxing but the downside is that the sun goes behind the tall hotels and after 2 o'clock there is no sun at the beach and pool area. Breakfast isn't a buffet but everything we had was a good taste so we really enjoyed the breakfast. Unfortunately during our stay there was building works on the building in a front of our balcony so we had loud noise l day. The resort charge was higher than we expected 40$ on top of booking price and taxes

Amazing experience staying at this unique and fascinating hotel. From arrival we checked in quickly, our cases stored whilst we visited beach and pool. Our Suite was lovely, the views amazing with double access balcony on 14th floor. How can two hotels within same chain be so different? We stayed at Grand Pelican Beach in Fort Lauderdale before travelling to Miami and GPB was a huge disappointment! Sole Miami you should pat yourselves on the back!! Well done, your staff need to show GPB how to care for guests.
