This place needs some renovations. The bathroom door was missing paint, the room had a musky smell. The room also had spots on the carpet and hair mixed with dust on the desk. The only nice thing was the staff was very nice.

When I reserved this hotel it listed it as a Crowne Plaza. However when we got there it was no longer a Crowne Plaza but had a vinyl sign up that said Radisson. Let me be clear, this hotel does not meet the standards of the Crowne Plaza or any Radisson I've ever stayed in. It appears as if they are preparing for major Construction. Bottom line do not book this hotel.

Horrible place to stay... very dirty common areas. Room A/C doesn’t work.
The bathroom had mold on tiles and shower curtain. The room had stains on the carpet and chair! I am glad we only stayed one night. I will never stay there again.

This was honestly one of our worst hotel experiences ever. When we made the reservation it was clear it was for 4 people. There was no bedding for the pullout sofa. And we had to call 3 times to get any. Our toilet starting clogging upon first use. It clogged 3 times over the course of our 4 night stay. And we were rarely in the room during the day. Each time it took 30 minutes for someone to come and unclog it. Then maintenance said they would send someone to mop up. Only once did anyone ever come. Both other times we had to just lay towels on the floor to be able to sue the bathroom. We were never offered to switch rooms. No one ever apologized.
Our room only offered one garbage can. Our glasses in the room were never replaced. We found popped balloons and food on our floor upon arrival. Again, the reservation was for 4 people. We always had to call to ask for extra towels because we were only ever given 3 towels. Since the reservation was for 4 people, you would think we would be given 4 breakfast coupons since our room included breakfast. We were only given 2 per day.
Coffee is only available at the restaurant, which charges $2 cash only. No option to charge it to our room. We've never heard of such a thing.
My parents had a room in the hotel that was given to us upon check-in. Upon arriving in the room, it was clear it had never been cleaned. The bed was unmade and there were towels on the floor. So they had to change rooms right away.
One positive is our room was available upon check-in. Another positive was the breakfast is nice.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was super nice. I truly recommend this hotel and I will stay again when ever I'm in Memphis. They have a shuttle that will take you to get food and the shuttle driver also was very helpful. The breakfast was outstanding.

Given the COVID19 pandemic and rules shutting down half the amenities of every hotel, I’d say I had a great stay. Hotel has over 400 rooms and was clearly built for a nearby corporate park that is currently dead for all intents and purposes which thereby renders the hotel nearly empty as a byproduct. Staff was always polite. Hotel room was a suite and was well over 100 sq ft. Essentially it’s a standard room, then add a pass through door to the living and dining room. That second room is essentially two rooms with the middle wall knocked out. Even has a second full size bathroom for guests which was great for me as I had two client meetings to handle. Overall my stay was excellent.

Refrigerator did not work or the heater. This room was actually a complimentary room from a bad experience l previously had. the incompetent staff gave my room to someone else. A strange man walked into my room while my kids and I were undressed. I had a hard time trying to redeem this complimentary room because the rude sales rep Alexandria would not honor it stating I cannot book during blackout dates or holidays. There were never any terms such as this and I had to contact customer service to make this happen. The general manager over rode her idiotic decision and agreed to let me book. It was her responsibility to make sure my room was reserved and she purposely did not make the reservation. When I arrived the nice young lady that assisted me had no record of my reservation and they were almost at capacity. She accommodated me with a room, complimentary breakfast and the bar. But unfortunately the refrigerator nor the heat did not work. It wasn’t her fault I place blame on the rude sales rep Alexandria. I contacted customer service to let them know what happen and the GM was suppose to get back with me but to no surprise he did not. I will never stay at this property again and will never recommend anyone to stay here. They fail to take care of there customers.

I feel sorry for the amazing staff that works here. I have stayed at this property at least 10 times over the past 10 years. It was previously known as the Crown Plaza and was very nice up until my last stay here about 3 years ago. I returned last weekend and this place is in ruins. The courtyard is over flowing with garbage, the elevators look like someone smeared feces all over the walls and doors. The down button doesn't work on the 5th floor and they do not have enough towels for all the guests when the hotel is booked to capacity. The front doors to the lobby are broken in the open position which means the lobby is too cold to sit and entertain guest, The employees are doing the best they can and are very professional, i really fell sorry for them having to field all of the questions from guests who expect better for the price that they are paying. Bottom line, we could only stomach 1 night and left. I felt like it was cleaner outside and if the weather was nicer i would have slept in my car. When we checked into our room the trash from the last guest was still in the trash can. If you get a chance to stay here, DON'T!

I would never recommend staying at this hotel. When I made the reservation, I asked for adjoining rooms. I called 2 days ahead and verified that we had adjoining rooms. When I got to the hotel, no adjoining rooms, and they told me there was no way to get adjoining rooms. Nor did they seem to care that I now have 2 underage children in their own room separate from us. In addition, there were bugs that looked like cockroaches when I came into the room. The key cards for neither room I had reserved worked correctly the first time. The toilet does not work properly and is running. And parts of the wall is coming off. Would not recommend staying at this hotel ever again.

The hotel was chosen for the convenient location. It was near the 240 Express way and not far from my home as well. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool, but the pool was closed due to COVID19. Clean rooms and good customer service.
