Decided to pop in for a meal as we were in a b&b in Tain and saw this hotel as we were passing. The meal was very good and my wife who is a veggie had a good choice. The both meals were excellent and the service very good. After the meal we went into a wee snug bar for a drink.

Stopped off here for dinner on way back from John O Groats . Excellent service and menus. Big portions and very good value for money. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Will return if in area again.

Called in with our dog for a lunchtime meal.The staff were very helpful and polite,service very good and food very nice.My wife had the chicken,leek and ham pie and i had the liver and onions.Only issue was liver slightly undercooked but a great pub for a meal.

Stayed here for a week with work great stay food was really good aswell room was a wee bit cold but had a spare heater in the room which helped . Plenty space in the car park Was a 2 mins walk into the town and a 5 min walk to the sea and Tesco was just round the corner.
