Exceptional facility. Lovely room; fluffy, comfortable bed and bedding. Just feels more luxurious than your typical roadside hotel, even others also rated "excellent." Staff helpful and friendly. Note: breakfast is available at hotel's restaurant at a reasonable cost, as are dinner and lounge.

Stayed here on Valentines weekend for a wedding. Covid procedures were outstanding with seals on doorjambs of cleaned rooms, masks required, sanitizer everywhere, etc. All staff members were very friendly and accommodating. With Covid bar/restaurant were closed but a limited menu pre-order breakfast was available and it was very good. Had to pickup at desk. Rooms cleaned during stay on request, so had to ask for fresh towels, TP, etc.

A solid, clean choice in the Cool Springs area. While not walking distance to anything, lots of shopping and restaurants are within a 10 minute driving radius. I’ve stayed here twice for work and will probably be back. No frills but it’s clean and quiet, with nice team members, so it covers the basics. No complimentary breakfast but complementary coffee was available in the mornings.
Nooks and crannies of the room, elevators, could use better cleaning and the room could’ve used a better dusting, but I am a clean freak who takes extra notice of those things (I also know businesses are dealing with staffing shortages and doing their best!) ; all the important stuff was taken care of cleanliness-wise. And the room carpet seemed clean compared to many other hotels. I would suggest they consider leaving the bathroom doors open after turning the rooms so it doesn’t get musty.

The lady who ran the front desk on June 27th in the a.m. was very rude to me I was asking questions and she said that she could not hear me and hung up in my face I was having issues with my reservation that can be fixed or changed and I know that because I also work for this company at my location that would not be tolerated in any fashion to hang up on against I was in the middle of a sentence and she said I had called too many times I called to verify the amenities because on the website and IHG it did not give me the information I was asking her. She definitely is in need of some more customer service training because that was out of line when I called back to find out her name she also hung up on me. The person who took the photos for this hotel deserves an award, because it doesn't look like that when you arrive. It is very dark, dated and worn looking inside. There is lukewarm water AT BEST. They want you to pay an additional $10 per person to eat their breakfast that isn't anything except eggs, sausage and cereal. There was a bus of band kids who stayed there that took over the eating area and made loud noise. Please spend the extra $30 a day somewhere else.

Stayed here last minute on a trip home from Alabama. It was a bit more costly than hotels off the expressway, but boy is that worth it! I had such a nice, quiet, and peaceful stay. No road noise at all. Hotel is clean and modern. Front staff helpful. Kelly worked with me on checkout, and was friendly, I recommend this hotel to anyone willing to pay $20 extra to get away from the expressway!

The evening front desk staff Jessica is PHENOMENAL! We came in late on Thursday evening, and we had booked our room through a 3rd party vendor this time instead of through our IHG Rewards program as usual. There was a discrepancy with the booking as the 3rd party advertised it and the room we were booked in, and Jessica was very helpful to ensure the room met our needs and expectations.
My husband also shared some info about our room to pass along, constructive info about the cleaning (*I.e. they missed a beer bottle cap on the floor and there was water on the bathroom counter but nothing serious). Jessica was professional and courteous about passing this information along.
The next evening, Jessica was very helpful in providing tips and suggestions for while we were visiting downtown Nashville. There was another gentleman working the counter with her Saturday evening who was equally helpful though I regret I did not catch his name. It was very helpful in knowing the best places to go with kids with us and the best way to get back as we were utilizing Uber instead of driving ourselves.
Upon returning to the hotel, we sat at the bar and enjoyed a drink and a late night snack. Samantha working at the bar was very friendly and courteous and provided great conversation while she worked.
When we retired to our room after that, we found that the toilet was leaking quite a bit onto the floor. We called down to Jessica and she was very helpful in trying to see if there was someone she could call to provide assistance before having to relocate us to a different room. Thankfully we determined that there was a plastic nut that was loose and causing the drip. We were able to tighten it to stop the leak at least for the night, and shared photos with Jessica so she could ensure it was looked at after our departure.
We wanted to share wonderful the hotel staff have been during our stay. Our brief stay here was the last 2 nights of a 3 week vacation and we were quite tired by this point, so their exceptional customer service was exactly what we needed to have an enjoyable visit in Nashville before finally heading home.

We've stayed here several times and always have great service. Amaria and Stephanie were both really helpful. Room was very clean-- bathroom needs a little paint and one more mirror would not be amiss. Overall though, we will be back!

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last 2 months because it is dog friendly and has a large parking lot which allows us to park our truck and trailer. During our first visit we were provided a room that had damage to the short wall and the tub had chips out of it. The carpet desperately needed cleaned. On the second visit we found one of the HVACs and thermostats, in our king suite, nonfunctional and the carpets again had large stains in it that did not look like they had been addressed between guests. Our third visit was the worst. The registration clerk was rude, he provided us with a different type room than the King suite we were supposed to have and the room was dirty. There were hand prints and dirty spots on the coffee table and again fresh stains on the carpet that smelled of fog urine. I complained and he got very snippy with me. I had to blush the subject and he then moved us to a room on the 4th floor which still had carpet stains but it was clean. I advise looking at your room before unloading your luggage.

Great experience here travelling with dogs! We got in later than expected, but were greeted by Saeed at the front desk who immediately helped us decompress from the travel stress. After checking in, he took the time to show us the best place to park and which door was closest to our room so we could quickly unload, let our dogs potty, and get to bed. Sometimes when you travel with dogs, the "dog assigned" rooms aren't in the best shape, but when we walked in, the room was fresh and clean and had plenty of room to stretch out. Will definitely stay here again next time we pass through!
