I love ❤️ Bon Hotel. As an American I am very very please. Upper management made sure our honeymoon stay exceeded our expectations. Our room is so beautiful. All staff super friendly. Kingsley, Felix, front desk reception, Armstrong amazing. Once you walk into the hotel you are welcome immediately. I give Bon Hotel a better stay then The Plaza in New York. Bon Hotel thank you for a wonderful stay. We will return. You gave us a beautiful honeymoon staycation. The Plaza in NY can’t beat the Bon Hotel. Hotel with class. If you ever are in Asaba. Great place, my expectations were met and I had a wonderful time with my friends.
Very comfortable and entertaining, I bet I will go back before the year runs out. The food is also very nice and sumptuous.

They made it clear that no smoking in the rooms, I repeatedly asked two hotel staffs if I can smoke at the pool side and they said "yes", one even made it clear that the poolside is the only place I can smoke
I left my room and went to the poolside to smoke and drink, a light skinned woman came and outrightly insulted and embarrassed me, asking me to turn off my smoke
I tried explaining politely that I asked two staffs before coming down to smoke but she didn't even allow me to finish my statement
Is it not better that the manager makes it clear that smoking in the hotel premises is prohibited instead of embarrassing customers
And teach your staffs the rule so that they won't deceive innocent customers and get them embarrassed

Best place to be, my expectations was met, I got value for my money. Good location, good interiors, There is usual complimentary wine in their rooms with other complimentary. Their services remains the best from my experience.
