Upon arrival the room was very dirty. Door to the room would not stay shut, no light in the bathroom so apparently you have to shower and dump in the dark. Patio door was open when we walked in and everything was wet due to humidity. Lamp shades had brown stuff on it to which I was later informed was roach feces. Sheets were stained with all types of body fluids Gas burner top was broken. Went to get refund and told not able to. Apparently no manager available, even though the lady at the front desk kept going to the back and talking to someone. Asked for another room with the counter lady who had no personality what so ever and it was not much better. Smoke alarm not on wall, doors broken. Vents dirty. Unfortunately area was booked unless I wanted to spend 300 a night. I gave the counter lady a walk through the original room and she acted completely surprised that the room was a mess and things were broken. Couldn't sit on balcony and enjoy the view due to moldy water dripping down from the balcony above. Mold in both bathrooms, urine in the elevator. Insect and rodent poop on the pop and ice machine. Little kids shoving pizza coupons in the doors at all hours of the day. Homeless people hanging out in the parking lot and sleeping in the bushes behind the hotel. Everything about this hotel was unsafe. This hotel was not safe, dirty and a health hazard. I don't know how anyone in their right mind would even give this hotel one star.

NASTY MOTEL AND NASTY WORKERS WROTE ONE REVIEW BUT DONT SEE IT NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH A MOTEL IN MY LIFE! At check in the card wouldn’t let me in the room and was like that the two days that I stayed, the toilet kept wanting to run over but finally drained, the table was broken and had to get them to replace it. I had just went and got the keys made again and a worker was about to enter the room and I came up and said what’s going on and he said a security check. So I said WHAT? He said to see if anything’s broken,I said what do you mean, well turns out he got the calls mixed up and that was for another room and I just needed another table. They are so unorganized and the guy at the desk ANDREA Well he’s t one of the rudest ugly people you will ever meet Please Go somewhere else YOUVE BEEN WARNED

Stayed from 8/28-9/4/21. Actually checked in two hours early. Parking was hard to find so I had to load from office building to adjacent building. Quite a task had to go to the street sidewalk with the cart of baggage down the hill and up a ramp into the next building. The room was very outdated the couch should’ve been thrown out had a cheap cover over it we only had one chair on the balcony and one chair at the dining table tried to use the phone but there was no directory. So down to the office an hour later we had four mismatch chairs The parking lot had vagrants sleeping in the bushes overnight never saw one security person. Someone drove in overnight with no hood just an exposed engine. He lost his key so he broke the window and left glass all over the parking lot which stayed there for five days. The balcony had mold and was disgusting constant water dripping from the air conditioners This was the worst place we stayed in Myrtle Beach even though it was close to the restaurants which by the way were all shortstaffed and had barely any service will probably go back to Beach colony if we come back

There is no way anyone would say these conditions are ok or worth half the price. I seriously believe they had to pay for good reviews/lies on here! Planned a birthday trip for myself and both my kids since we all have September birthdays and it was over as soon as we walked in to the building and elevator. My daughter correctly described it as where the lady of the night would reside on a bad week….I would honestly prefer to sleep on the beach and I’m sure the lady of the night would as well but she would definitely frequent here for “business” on 50 bottom of the barrel mattress that make your local county jail seem like the Hilton. Now I’m out all I had set aside to plan a vacation celebration bc we haven’tuu been in over 5 years because there are absolutely no refunds. Devastated I ruined my kids birthday getaway and my husband has to sit guard from the almost balcony that the chairs can’t even fit on watching our car. If your looking for a place that makes you think cheap movie hotel but twice the scum this is your place. The gentleman upfront when we registered was a sweet heart and did “upgrade” us to a nicer room when we arrived and helped us with the best local restaurants but that being said if this was the upgrade I can’t imagine what we would have been in store for with the room we reserved. Do your family a favor and do not stay here they deserve better than the local “lady of the night” the lady of the night deserves better than this place. These disgusting run down old rooms are not what you want! DONT DO IT!!!!!!!! Our entire trip ruined!!
