Very comfortable and relaxing property. The property is doing their part in keeping staff, visitors and guests safe. The lobby is inviting and allows for small areas to sit down, chat and be distant from one another. A small business center with 2 terminals and a printer makes it easy if you need documents printed. Small coffee table supplied daily. Check in was very simple and seamless. Reservation popped up and room was ready to go. I will say the hallways seem just a little tight if you're walking with a bit of luggage; especially if another person is with you or is passing the oppositie direction. Bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage and sitting space. Lots of desk/work space too. Bed was extremely comfortable with a soft top and firm underlayment. It provided sufficient support for my back and shoulder. The bed linens were very soft and comfortable also. Light but heavy enough to keep you comfortable. There were plenty of pillows per bed; both soft and firm style. T.V. was plenty big enough for the room. Great channel selection. Bathroom was a bit tight especially if someone was using the toilet. Shower was larger and spacious. Toiletries were in pump bottles on the wall. They didn't have small individual bottles to offer...but that's okay. Bathroom linens were the perfect blend of softness. Breakfast was decent given the circumstances and they are trying to accommodate all types of guests. The fitness center has a few cardio machines and few weights. Plenty to get a good workout. Overall, very pleased with the property and staff. A classic Holiday Inn experience.

This location of Holiday Inn was very nice. My hubby and I stayed overnight while we were on our trip to Tx and I must say it’s a quite little cozy inn. The environment was very clean and pleasant peaceful. The morning breakfast was delicious especially the sausages. It’s the first of my overnight stay at a hotel where you had the choice of scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausages all served hot and fresh mind you! The hotel room was clean and on point. I loved the shower clean and pristine. What really blew my mind was the water pressure as soon as you opened the faucet the water came with a almighty force! I definitely will recommend this IHG Inn to anyone who needs a place to overnight it was worth the money.

Stopped here over night on our trip from point A to point B. Very nice new HIE. The hotel is set up on a hill in view of the highway, but you don't really hear it. ( no Jake-brakes). New hotel and has all the cool stuff the kids want. USB outlets at both sides of the bed and 2 at the desk area. Lots of places to charge your devices. Large king bed with 4 pillows. very comfy. Keurig in room coffee, nice clean shower and a few extra towels too. Lots of places to eat in the area too. Too many to list here. Pool was open during COVID, but you had to reserve a time The road in into the hotel is a little dark and freaky at night. you will wonder if you GPS is wrong as you wind past a bit of old industrial area and some poor road conditions, but, the hotel quickly comes into view. would stay here again.

Positives Rooms are clean with decent storage for 2 One of the few hotels in the area with a indoor pool and hot tub Friendly staff - I got sick and they were extremely nice about it. Close to gas food and highway but in a quiet area.
Negatives 2 room suite is kinda small... Main issue::: The thermostats controled each room separately but we couldnt get it off heat for bedroom. Kept thinking it was cooling down then it would pop back to heat. Why did hotel have it on heat in August in SC? It was over 90 degrees outside.
I called 3 times in the night no one answered. Got dressed and went to front desk.. had to call out 2 times. The lady apologizedbut kept saying she was there when I called. Ok then why not answer the phone? No one sent maintenance.
Pool area had no towels on 1st or 2nd day. They did bring them to the pool when I asked.
Breakfast was not great. Only hot food was scrambled eggs and some sausage.
Juice was just colored water.

My grandchildren and I loved your hotel. Staff was very friendly and hotel clean. Pool was great. The staff did a great job cleaning the hotel to keep everyone safe. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had great pressure.

We were here for a family trip over night. I was not feeling good the day we arrived and we arrived early. My husband exposed to the front desk the situation and they allowed us to check in early so I could lay down. The facilities were clean and looked brand new. The breakfast was delicious. Because of the staff’s hospitality this will be a hotel that we visit every time we are in the area! Thanks for much !

I arrived at this location due to some unfortunate events. I was ill, scared and lost. The employees (Amber &Pat) went above and beyond to take care of me. It was the best experience I have ever witnessed in the service industry. My room was perfect and I slept like a baby. I would stay there again because of these two angels on earth.

I rarely feel a need to review hotels, but If I am back this way, I will definitely plan to stay at this hotel. Wonderfully comfortable king size bed, with extremely soft sheets. J.R. Watkins products in the bathroom, nice shower. And better options for to-go breakfasts than other hotels we've stayed in during covid precautions.

The hotel is kept spotless, front desk folks are courteous and professional and the rooms are comfortable and kept in excellent shape. The bathroom/shower was a cut above hotels in this price range. I was on the back side away from the interstate and never heard traffic. I didn’t turn on the AC so I heard some walking upstairs; nothing at all like some hotels I’ve stayed in with paper thin walls. There are a number of restaurants nearby and only 7 miles away is downtown Greer that has a number of excellent bars and restaurants in a very safe area. Don’t miss this Holiday Inn Express..

Room is up to date, breakfast was fantastic! My kids loved the pancake maker! The hot tub and pool were a delight for the whole family! All of us thought it was clean, relaxing and enjoyable! Perfect location to go to Hollywild Animal Park or Apple Picking! We have stayed here on two separate occasions.
