Shuttle times of operation may not align with your flight schedule. BEWARE!!!! Also, breakfast maybe free, but if your flight has left and you are in the air you wouldn't enjoy it very much. Straff simply tells you get an Uber or call a cab.

I stayed here for a short weekend. The elevator/hallways/doors were filthy, one bed had stained sheets, the guest room window didn’t open at all. At 7 am on the morning of my checkout, the fire alarms went off and we were forced to evacuate the building in the freezing cold without any explanation.

I have stayed at this location before. It is exactly what yo pay for. I don't mean that in a negative way. It is clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that aggravated me was that I was not allowed to get my Wyndham stay points because my company booked through a third party. This isn't an issue with other chains.

Small and outdated rooms! Amenities are not very good. Hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt with modern features. Bathroom very small and toilet dated. Staff is very responsive to your needs. I would not recommend staying at this hotel!

I am extremely disappointed due to several issues (see below): - There was urine on the bottom of the toilet - Yellow drip stains on the bathroom door - Only had a sheet and a sheet-like blanket that covered the bed. - Bed sheets were stained - Phone in the room did not work at all; had to call for more pillows (only had 3 small ones on the kig size bed) with my cell phone. - Appeared to be mold on the left side of the boxspring. - Got charged twice even though we only reserved one room. Told the front desk in the morning who said the extra charge would drop off my account. Had to call back Tuesday as the extra charge did not drop off. This should have happened when we told them about the problem upon checkout! I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. We may as well have stayed at the gross motel 6 down the street!…

I stayed in this hotel to visit family and because they allow pets as I was coming with my little dog. The place looked sketchy from the outside but I still gave it a chance. The inside was not any better. They put everyone who comes with pets in the sublevel/basement rooms. Upon arriving there I noticed both a smell and how dirty/grimy the place looked. My room was no better. As some other reviewers posted this place looks rundown, dirty and just an all around dump. Thankfully as I was not spending any time in the hotel I relented and stayed here. Before heading out to visit family the next morning I wanted to try the free breakfast in the hopes there was one positive to this place. Well the breakfast room is small. It took 4 trips at various intervals to finally locate a seat for me. Each time I went the breakfast room was packed. Knowing they have a tiny room why not invoke a 30 minute max per person stay? Thankfully at 10 minutes before breakfast ended I was able to grab a seat with some college kids who were quite loud but I digress. Breakfast is continental with a make your own waffle station in case you are wondering. The rest of my stay I remain out of my room visiting family and only returned to sleep. They would need to do a major renovation/cleaning before I return to this dump again.…

The worst hotel that we've ever stayed. We tried to check in on 9/16 around 2:45 but no one at the front desk to be found and waited about 10 minutes, finally one employee showed up to check us in but didn't even apologize for our wait like this's normal that no one at the front desk. When we checked in our room, we found no TV remote control so we called the front desk and was told someone would bring it up to the room. We waited for a while but no one came so we left the room and came back hours later and still no TV remote control. I again called the front desk and asked if could just go to the front desk to get it. The front desk was happily said yes. Sadly, that wasn't a service. The service is horrible but the cleanliness of the hotel is even worst. The carpet was dirty and the terrible repair job of the water damage in the bathroom is terrible. We'll never return to this hotel next time we visit family members.…

My friends and I did a short trip to RI and we needed to stay close to the airport because we had an early flight back home. The room was disgusting. Hair in the bed and nightstand, the bed did my have a top sheet.

We stayed here because they allow dogs, but the grubbiness appears to be from people rather than canines. There was gum on the hallway rug, paint patching in the bathroom that was a different color, an odor in the room mentioned by another reviewer.
