I was here with a group of 18 people and we had a very ignorant and disrespectful experience. After a few e days 3 of our group encounters bedbugs. The hotel did not do much to support at all. Instead we got new rooms but it was the same. Actually the old rooms where occupied the same day to the next victims. The hotel has hired their own pest inspection company to take a look. They did it on both occasions we reported the bugs and the company says no evidence of pests found. This even as we had film and video evidence. Of course this is all dubious considering the evidence we have to the contrary, but Marriott will likely point to these reports and deny any of our requests.

Please read, nightmare experience, do not stay here if you want to be treated with dignity. When I came to check in the check in clerk almost charged me $400 extra because she didn't know how to put my credit card on file and check in took 45 minutes overall, she seemed highly inexperienced. Thereafter in the room when I tried to take a shower in the evening there was a lot of hair in the bathtub and it would not drain. Consequently I went to same the front desk to discuss with the clerk, she stated that I could not move rooms until the evening. I then requested to check out and attempt to gain a refund for the remaining nights of my due to the dismal experience thus far. The clerk was very defensive and raised her voice multiple times, and used the fact that I'd booked through booking.com as an excuse to not give me a refund. She told me I should forgo a shower altogether and just go to bed. After this lengthy altercation, the clerk finally got approval from her manager Ashlyn to refund me for the remainder of the nights of my stay. The next morning, I then proceeded to leave the hotel as planned the night before with the clerk and the hotel manager Ashlyn. Now I have learned from booking.com that I have not received a refund as the hotel clerk did not correctly check me out, despite me being very clear the night before that I would be ending my stay early (with managerial approval). From check in to check out, I have had an absolute nightmare of an experience. This is especially frustrating when I am in Providence for business, but am instead spending invaluable time being berated by hotel staff. The hotel still refuses to reimburse me for the promised amount by the manager Ashlyn.

Stayed here for 2nights. Room was good. Got the one with balcony. View is not much train on one side highway on other. Starbucks for breakfast is available not much available for food/ expensive. There is a Dunkin very close to the hotel. I had warm shower but not hot. My room was not made even though I left room at 10 in the morning. Industrial area not much around. Room is comfortable. Shower head had issues. Not going to stay here again.

We had a one night stay at the Courtyard in Warwick this past weekend. Check in was easy and I was acknowledged as a Marriott Gold Elite Member. That's about where all of the great things ended. We were assigned an "upgraded room", which they call a Courtyard room. Really didn't seem that special. The room was very worn and needed some TLC. Broken Lamps. Toilet Seat with only one screw. Bathroom was just old. I need to also mention the Pool & Hot Tub is closed. It is mentioned on their website (you need to really dig in and you'll see it). I asked why as the pool looked fine to me. The front desk told me it hasn't reopened since COVID. What? That makes no sense. I did not use any of the other amenities. The restaurant is open but limited hours. The market was fully stocked with items to eat if you needed a snack. Last comment, this hotel does attract large groups. There was a college mens basketball team in the hotel that evening. They were all very respectful and were not noisy.

I’ve stayed at many Courtyard Marriotts. I don’t have very high expectations but usually the experience is fine considering the price. But this Courtyard is very subpar. Starbucks had only bagels and the coffee machine looked unkept. The rooms were outdated and the bathtub was barely cleaned. The rooms don’t have usb connections for phone charging. Can find a better room in a nearby hotel for the same price.

Unfortunately , we didn’t have the opportunity to stay here for our scheduled reservation because of a hotel emergency. The hotel front end manager Carolyn, called me from her cell phone to make me aware of the situation. Not only did she take it upon herself to rebook us at another Marriott hotel but used her points and company discount t to make up the cost difference. There really are some beautiful people left in this world and she is by far one of them. What she did to accommodate my family was above and beyond. This is what Customer Service is about. I will definitely rebook at her hotel in the future because if she did this for a total stranger then there is no doubt she will undoubtedly make my stay at her hotel as comfortable as possible. Thank you Carolyn. She gets a ✨✨✨✨✨ in my book. How about moving to NY to work for me???

Took lady at front desk 45 minutes to check me in because she did not know how to apply a coupon from the airline who cancelled my flight. I asked her to call her supervisor, but she was on hold all that time and would not give me a room to wait in. Pool was closed due to "maintenance" the whole day I was there. No shuttle to and from airport even though they advertise this. I was told they do not have a driver for it. IN a crappy area, few amenities nearby.

What can I say me and my husband came for a few nights , not for a pleasure stay as it was for a death in family, came here not excited for our stay because of situation! But ended up leaving very happy, room was clean , decent size room with everything we needed staff was excellent! Our most exciting part was Saturday night at the bar, bartender Stacey was amazinggggg! She let us vent and talk to us and made us laugh, made amazing drinks and appetizers! She was one of a kind and always smiling! Other guest that sat at bar with us also was fond of her as they waited for her to work Saturday night! We all connected , didn't except to stay at bar all night but it's something we really needed and enjoyed , she has amazing work ethic and cares about her guest ! Was kinda hoping to see her last night but guess bar was closed ! Thank u Marriott for the whole stay , it's what we needed

Initially the location may seem strange, but centrally located to allow easy access to major routes. The hotel itself is very good; found it to be clean, comfortable and well appointed. Room had all the needed amenities and the bed was comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep. The truly differentiating factor is the staff. All the staff was extremely helpful and professional. Peyton at the front desk went out of his way to be engaging and helpful. Its refreshing to experience high level service in these still trying times. The hotel and team are clearly giving all they can to return to pre-pandemic service and experience.
