My husband and I spent the weekend here and it was beautiful!! Nicole was so very nice and inviting. She made us a beautiful breakfast in the morning! This B and B is in a good location making it very easy to walk around New Hope and cross the bridge to Lambertville, NJ. Would definitely stay again.

Simply the best option in New Hope. The owner is wonderful and has many stories about the house and suggestions for what to do in town. The rooms are beautiful and well kept, and perfectly clean. Walking distance from everything, easy parking, beautiful and large rooms, plenty of common space, complimentary drinks, piano, breakfast area, large fireplace and seating area in the second floor to socialize, secure building access, quiet, peaceful, and full of life at the same time. The perfect balance of price, luxury, and convenience. Breakfast alone merits its own review. Some rooms have a fireplace, hardwood floor, original brick, interesting furnishing and plenty of character. No shortage of interesting things to look and learn about in the house. A must for anyone interested in the history, or just looking for a clean, warm, and welcoming place to stay that will exceed even the highest expectations. Can't wait to stay again. Recommended without hesitation by a young couple that was looking for a weekend out of the city.

Lisa was a GEM (even though she was on vacation)... Upon trying to book at one of her other properties the week of - due to complications with Airbnb... she immediately helped me reserve the last two available rooms at the lovely Aaron Burr house for my husband and I, as well as my parents who were celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary.

The rooms were adorable, the location was central and walkable to everything in town, and Nicole was an Angel. She helped coordinate a fantastic bouquet to be placed in my parents’ room upon arrival, prepared some delicious breakfast spreads, and had great recommendations.

Maybe one star left behind only because some of the rooms are on the smaller side, you are staying in a very OLD house (part of the charm), and the bar cart could use a little update or a freshly considered wine updated or just to have some basics in play.
(After a long day of adventure, I do appreciate an afternoon cocktail or glass of wine). Although I will say the coffee bar is super well considered and I love nothing more than a fridge full of seltzer water ready to go!

These people are wonderful to deal with, and can probably make anything you want happen, all with a friendly smile and warm hospitality.

Would highly recommend for location and service... and will probably be back!

We rented the entire B&B for a family reunion and everyone really enjoyed their stay. The house is centrally located, within walking distance to Main St. New Hope and Lambertville. The house manager Nicole took wonderful care of us, cooking delicious breakfasts and offering tips on restaurants and activities. Thank you Nicole and ABH!

We stayed 3 wonderful nights at Aaron Burr House in mid-June. First floor Schuyler Room was perfect, nice and roomy (except for small bathroom), beautiful king size bed, air conditioning and, best of all, dog-friendly! We kept our small pooch in her crate when we went out and she was fine. A delicious breakfast was served every morning by Nicole, the Inn's manager, taking into account covid social distancing. She filled us in on the history of the B&B and recommended restaurants and places for sightseeing. The location is great, short walk to Main Street and there's a field right down the road where we took Casey for her daily walks. We would definitely recommend Aaron Burr House even if we didn't have a dog!

Although we have been to New Hope many times through the years, this was our first time staying at the Aaron Burr House. We were absolutely thrilled at how everything more than met our expectations. We were warmly greeted by Diane who showed us to our room even though it was not yet check in time. We stayed in the Hamilton room, which is on the first floor. It was spacious with a very comfortable king bed, ceiling fan, air conditioner, fireplace working in season and a small bathroom with the sink outside in the main room. There is ample seating space outdoors as well as a common room with books, liquors, and games upstairs on the second floor. If stairs are an issue, be aware that although there are about 3 guest rooms on the main floor, breakfast is served one flight up in the common room (no elevator). And speaking of breakfast!! We were again warmly greeted and served, this time by Ricardo, who was very personable and made us feel at home. Orange juice, water, coffee and homemade yogurt parfait with homemade granola and fruit in season started us off. The main entree was a poached egg in a tortilla shell accompanied by salsa and a delicious homemade bread. Very unusual dish and absolutely delicious! Parking is in a private lot behind the house. It is walking distance to town with its many restaurants, shops, and the famous Bucks County Playhouse. We had a fantastic stay and are looking forward to returning soon!!

We came to the Aaron Burr House to get away and breathe different air for a bit, and what a perfect stay it was. First off, there were great precautions taken to make everyone feel safe yet comfortable during Covid. The house is so beautiful and quaint, with history in every room! Lisa, the host, was so kind, funny, and hospitable, and the food...the FOOD! Lisa, being a chef, made some incredible 5 star breakfasts every morning, which was the cherry on top of our stay. We might some amazing people around her breakfast table. New Hope and Lambertville (right across the bridge) are such fun little towns to explore, with so much history and character. I would 100% recommend the Aaron Burr House for your next trip!

We stayed in room 1 which we really enjoyed for a couple reasons; It is on the first floor so we did not have to carry our bags up the stairs, we were away from the common room on the 2nd floor and finally our room was right near the coffee nook. The room was comfortable and we loved being so close to the bridge so that dinner in Lambertville was just a short walk. We are history lovers so this was a great stop for us. We booked via Air B & B.

We finally got a reservation on Sunday night, this place is always booked. When we checked in Ricardo greeted us with kindness and hospitality. I couldn’t have felt more at home. He made us an amazing breakfast Monday morning before our travels. We stayed in room 6, which was very cozy and right off the huge beautiful living room which all can enjoy. We had a nice private bathroom and all the amenities we needed. The Aaron Burr is located perfectly so we parked the car and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Thank you Ricardo, you do an awesome job, we will be back!
