My boyfriend and I stayed here as he was down for work. What a quaint place. The rooms are done to a high standard and the breakfast was scrumptious. Great value for money, would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing 3 night stay at Rockeigh this weekend. The host was fantastic, breakfast was amazing and the room was lovely. We will definitely stay again. If I had to say there was any flaws it was the sofa in our room was a little shallow. It was only because of the weather that we sat in one day and wouldn’t have noticed this otherwise. Such a minor flaw doesn’t detract from this being a five star stay!

Natalia & Igor are brilliant hosts, they made me feel so welcome! I stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was very clean and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend booking in with Natalia for an aromatherapy massage if you want to make your trip that bit more relaxing! The couple also offer their own private taxi service since its very difficult to get taxis in St. Austell, this is an added bonus! Overall I would highly recommend staying here, I couldn't of asked for a better service and hosts. I will be returning in the future!

A superb place to stay. Immaculate and clean, with hosts that care and nothing is too much trouble. For a very reasonable fee, the owner drove us to the wedding reception we were attending, and picked us up. Breakfast was delicious and the presentation was first class. Excellent all round.

Stayed here for 5 nights recently with my partner and son. Lovely place in a great location with lot of great places to visit within a short drive. Felt very welcomed by igor and natalie. We chose to stay the luna apartment which was very clean and comfortable. Handy to have a small hob, microwave and fridge to cook if you didnt fancy going out or wanted a cooked brekkie. On site parking was handy and grounds well maintained. Would certainly recommend. Thankyou. John, Kate and Jack

We had a 2 night stay in a twin room which was spotless. Bathroom modern and warm. The hosts were welcoming helpful charming people. The gardens and roof terrace were pristine and a delight to use. There is a conservatory on the roof terrace for relaxing in which is also lovely.

I have just returned from a four night stay with my partner as we were attending a wedding in the area. Grounds: Rockleigh place is immaculately presented inside and out; there is a lovely garden area and well presented roof terrace with views of the sea. Rooms: Our room (1) was far bigger than imagines and had all amenities you could ask for. The rooms are spacious yet give the cost homely feel! Again, the rooms are very clean. Breakfast: Our highlight! The breakfast was amazing, there is enough choice to have something different each day and the food was really good each day - pancakes being the highlight! Hosts: Natalia and Igor were brilliant hosts, genuinely really nice people who couldn’t do enough to help. I never usually stay in BnB’s as I would always opt for a hotel, however if I was back in the area I would not hesitate in booking Rockleigh Place again!

The rooms are stunning and the hosts are the most accommodating hosts we have ever met. It was the little touches such as lavender in the wardrobe and electric candles that made the room so special to us. Also the great night sleep we had on the comfy beds and pillows. All the amenities that they list were present including the great air conditioning. Would definitely recommend the breakfast especially the pancakes with Nutella which were filling and delicious. We could even leave our bags when we checked out and had a lift to the train station. The terrace gave a beautiful view of the sea and mussel farms and the hosts recommended the loveliest places to visit and eat. Would recommend this stay to everyone and anyone!
