We stayed 3 nights here. We enjoyed our stay very much. Colin was a fabulous host and he prepared superb breakfasts. We slept well in the comfortable king size bed. Nothing was to much trouble. Elmswood is ideally suited for visiting the Eden Project and there are lovely National Trust properties/gardens in the vicinity.

Our third visit here and once again had a great time. Collin is a great host and we had everything we needed. We had a king size room at the front of the property with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! One tip is to ensure the windows are closed at night as, if you are a light sleeper, the church bells might wake you. I slept perfectly though! Breakfast was delicious with great quality ingredients.

I stayed at Elmswood House with my wife and daughter for the Spring Bank Holiday week. The host Collin was really helpful and made us feel at home straight away. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options despite the restrictions due to Covid. The rooms were a good standard and although our room (1) is a tad small it was big enough for us. Our grown up youngest daughter was in Room 2 and that is a great twin room with loads of space and a spacious bathroom. We saw the other rooms on our floor and they look amazing so if we go again I'm sure we will ask for Rooms 3 and 4 as they have the views onto the garden and beyond which is beautiful. Tywardreath is great for exploring the nearby attractions like Fowey, Polperro, Looe, Charlestown and the Eden Project. Its good that there is car parking at the rear of the B&B too. Collin was really helpful with local knowledge and advice on beaches, buses and where to eat also.
