Lovely accommodation and staff so friendly and helpful. Family-run & they go extra mile. Great food. Loved our welcome cream tea! Very well organised breakfast ordering system. Very clean & plenty of parking. During our visit other guests told us they had stayed there before, plus I heard another guest making an advance booking for next year. It ticks all the boxes!

What a lovely hotel, the staff were amazing so welcoming and made it a personal experience. Our bedroom had a lovely view, it was always kept clean, could not fault it. The hotel is in a perfect location to be able to visit different areas of Cornwall. Staff were always happy to help if we need to ask about the area, which helped. We can not thank them all enough for such a lovely stay, we can't wait to return one day.

Wonderful small hotel. Lovely people, nice amenities, great food, and chocolates! What more does anyone want? We were impressed by the overall appearance, everything very clean, light and bright, and the couple who run it are just lovely. Totally recommended

We had a perfect holiday from the moment we arrived the hotel is situated a few minutes walk from Mevagissey harbour in a quiet location with stunning sea and countryside views. The hotel is spotlessly clean with plenty of areas to sit and relax there is also a swimming pool, the breakfast’s and evening meals are excellent . What make’s this hotel so special is the staff the hosts Wes & Tam and their great team who are all very friendly and helpful and made our time here so special. Thank you all for a lovely holiday 😎 X

We stayed for three nights in a lovely large duel aspect bedroom with both rural and sea views. We arrived to a complimentary cream tea which was most appreciated, lovely welcome from the hosts who was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay Our bedroom was to the front of the hotel large which included a large settee in the bay window, very comfy bed with well appointed en suite, unfortunately the shower pressure was low and would have preferred a window blind as over looking the car park. All meals were preordered which wasn’t a problem for us and we were fortunate that evening meals were available during our stay as they are only available from Friday to Monday. The food was outstanding with excellent choice of fresh ingredients beautifully cooked and presented - which made our holiday.

Great hotel, host’s can not do enough for you, breakfasts fresh local ingredients and very tasty, we enjoyed the evening meal which was fish cakes - home made - the crème brûlée was one of the best I’ve ever had, and I have eaten crème brûlée’s in many places including Michelin restaurants. Rooms light and airy, some great views - an absolutely lovely stay

On arrival we were greeted by the owner Tamsin and she was so bubbly and helpful, she showed us around and explained everything, even offering to carry our bags. We entered our room and what a room spacious and airy. The view from the balcony was fantastic the views were stunning. Everything in the room was to the highest quality the tea and coffee tray was excellent. Dinner was outstanding and fresh the starters were brilliant the mains out of this world and desserts to die for. The steak was one of if not the best steak I have ever had what a great chef. We later found out it was the owner Wes. Breakfast we had in our room on the first day and the quality of the ingredients freshness and temperature was superb, the same great quality again as we had breakfast in the restaurant the next day. The owners(Tamsin and Wes)and the staff, are really customer focus and make for the perfect stay, nothing is to much trouble We will definitely return and tell our friends Thanks for making our 25 wedding anniversary stay a really enjoyable stay.

Do not hesitate to book this hotel. Attention to detail mean that all aspects of what is required for an enjoyable stay are in place. Lovely fresh food cooked to a very high standard, our room was fresh very clean with a very comfortable bed and staff are helpful, cheerful and friendly. As has been said before in these revues it is not possible to find a negative, we can confirm it is a hidden gem.

I can’t fault this hotel , everywhere is spotlessly clean , the decor is clean and fresh and nicely decorated, the room is excellent and so too is the cleanliness of the room it’s self , the staff are all excellent and it seems nothing is too much trouble especially for the owners ( such lovely people ) , we ate in one night this was so nice , all freshly cooked and well presented and well priced , some nice touches that we wasn’t expecting was a complimentary cream tea when we arrived and a box of chocolates in the room! , if ever we are heading for Mevagissey again we certainly wouldn’t hesitate to book here again ! and also I would recommend this hotel to anyone else , well done everyone!
