Just spent 2 nights is this delightful hotel. Comfortable, clean, quiet, easy parking. The staff were so friendly, we ate in the restaurant both nights, excellent food and reasonably priced too. Breakfast was included, continental or full English cooked to order, delicious. Excellent location, about a 10-15 minute drive to the Eden Project, which is why we were there. Lovely town to walk around as well. Big thank you to the staff, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

So pleased that we discovered this hotel a few years ago, as it fulfils all our needs whether for overnight or a few nights stay. A peaceful small town & easy access to Fowey, Charlestown et al. Staff always so helpful & friendly; & happy to offer assistance if required. In terms of VFM, hard to fault, particularly if there happens to be a “Best Western offer” available!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay From the first initial enquiry with Simon everything was easy. Nice clean, warm room with everything you need from tea, coffee, water etc to dressing gowns and a fan. Spacious shower and bathroom. A very enjoyable and reasonably priced evening meal and a lovely breakfast. Special thanks to Jane in reception and Summer in the dining room for being so friendly and helpful. Our only downside was we were only there for 1 night! But we will be back! Thank you 😊

Stayed two nights at the Best Western Fowey Valley this weekend. When arrived at the hotel parking at the back was easy and handy for me as disabled so parked in the long space as easier to get in and out of the car unfortunately no disabled spaces on site but that’s not a issue for me but others might struggle unfortunately the council are not willing to put one in as the hotel have enquired already. and also easy to leave when out and about for the day. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The staff who we came in contact where very politely and helpful when we checked in and also when we left so special mention to Deanne very well done who checked us in and also the waitress kameji who served us on the Friday evening as booked a table in the restaurant. The food was lovely. Would come here again if we decide to return to Cornwall for a holiday.

A beautiful gem of a hotel with lovely welcoming staff, spotlessly clean but more importantly dog friendly. All fur babies get their own welcome pack and treats on arrival. All meals were cooked to perfection and plentiful, and the staff were very welcoming, with helpful hints of places to see and things to do. Will definitely be returning.

The heated pool is amazing and was open all the time. Perfect for an early morning swim. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The town is so quaint and has good amenities: a supermarket, play area, skate park and you can walk about a mile to Restormel Castle, which was a lovely scenic walk,

Lovely place but needs more disabled access and also the restaurant needs to be open more then 2 hrs a day. Or options for travellers coming long distance to be able to get something to eat when arriving

Our blended family (gran, mum, teen son & dog) have just had a fab time at the BW, Lostwithiel. Superbly clean, spangly white towels & bedding. Excellent hospitality. No query too much for the staff. Fab place. Would definite recommend and return 😊
