Great hotel and treatment center with attentive staff. I and my friend had to visit Gashalti during the coronovirus epidemic. We are very grateful for the moral support, help and understanding of the situation when our flights were canceled and we were living in tension and uncertainty about how and when we would reach our home in Lithuania. At the same time, treatment did not stop. We felt secure about coronavirus, seeing the administration's efforts to ensure sterility. Ee are pleased with the results of the treatment and the improved well-being. Sincere thanks to all the staff. We are satisfied with naphthalane baths, physiotherapy treatments and a wonderful Serbyie massage. Thanks to the kitchen staff for the delicious food, the housekeepers for the cleanliness ... Thanks. The health hotel is ranged as 5 stars and I hesitate to confirm it. I and my wife enjoyed the 10 days treatment. Hereby are my suggestions for improvements. Just 2 English speaking persons at reception desk, none of the doctors or nurses understanding English. The hotel price includes full board only and the main dish food is overcooked. The nice things in the hotel are : huge room and excellent service, very effective treatment process, delicious deserts. And the price is very cheap !!

I visited from Canada with my Mom, and we both had an amazing experience at the Gashalti Health Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful in architecture and sparkles with marble trim and detail. There are numerous amenities, including a fitness center, pool, playground for children, basketball, volleyball and soccer fields. I enjoyed the pool and fitness center in particular, which I used every day for my workouts. The staff is of the utmost help and accomodated our every request. We arrived with a very specific diet plan, and the head chef accomodated our eating restrictions every single day by making us individually-cooked breakfasts, lunch and dinner. The naftalan baths were a very interesting experience and definitely worth the trip. We could almost-instantly feel the health benefits of this one-of-a-kind treatment that is only available in Naftalan, Azerbaijan. The staff administering the baths were very attentive to our needs and paid close attention to our reactions. The doctors were likewise incredibly accomodating and attentive - we could see any doctor, any specialist, at any time, often without apointment. We received the highest quality of medical care at the Gashalti Health Hotel. It was our first time visiting Azerbaijan, and our impressions of the country and the people are ones of warmth, friendliness and the utmost politeness. We will definitely be visiting again in future years!…

Location good, fitness working good, head doctor very helpful. Thanks Shahin doctor. Room cleanning terrible. I see every room oil trail and smell bad which staff show me three rooms. Staff terrible.Reseption staff speaking very stressful and terrible sense. This staff like 2 star hotel.

Really enjoyed and recommending this Hotel to everyone. I went there because I heard that Naft oil is very helpful for bones and skin and I had a chance to visit this area. Naftalan hotel by Rixos was my first decision because I've already had a good opinion about Rixos hotels. I'm really happy that I made a this choice. Hotel is very clean, cozy, has good service and an amazing medical treatment. Also I enjoyed SPA procedures and massages, thanks to SPA manager that was really caring about me and advising right treatments. After dinner me and my husband had some fun in entertainment center playing bowling and air hockey. Food was very delicious and you can find there a big variety of second course and salads. I want to Thank all stuff of the hotel and their General manager Okan Kortel for an amazing treatment holiday. For sure I will come back to Naftalan hotel by Rixos.…

The naftalan rixos is a health spa, located in Azerbaijan, The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly although not many speak a word of English which sometimes can be difficult. The resteraunt we used was of the Buffet type, the food was very good with many varitities on offer. I believe the facilities at the hotel are very good but unfortunately we could not use them as we were on business .

I think you need to pay more attention on staff and the way they speak to guests. I was called "qaqa" in restaurant during service all the time; upon check out was told there is no bell boy anymore, so was sent to parking to bring my car myself... Air conditioning wasnt working in my room. In any case it was only blowing warm air making sleep in the room impossible, until we left the door of the balcony open. Overall nice hotel, but need to work a little bit to make it 5 star - espicially on personnel.
