Travelers' Choice
This hotel is a great base to explore Kidderminster and the Worcestershire countryside - and we're close to West Midlands Safari Park and Severn Valley Railways too. The building is a grade II listed converted mill, with a bar that has an almost New York loft atmosphere. Let off steam going for a country walk. Or enjoy the power of steam at Severn Valley Railway Museum. Eplore 1000 years of history at Hartlebury Castle. Or make a detour through the animal magic of the West Midlands Safari Park. Then it's time for some serious relaxing with our extra-comfy beds and The Kitchen restaurant.

We chose the Kidderminster hotel as the boys had a rally driving experience & us girls were shopping. We’ve stayed in numerous Premier Inns across the UK but this is one of the best. A converted mill it has kept some of the architectural elements making the rooms a little different. But the best thing was the staff. The lady who welcomed us on arrival, served us at breakfast on Saturday & cooked on Sunday & checked the rooms. She always had time to chat when we saw her…an absolute credit to Premier Inn. If the boys want to rally again, we’ll stay here.

Stayed 2 nights 19th and 20th November and have to say the hotel and staff were absolutely brilliant. The hotel was clean, bright and warm based right in the middle of a small retail centre with shops and eateries. All our needs were accommodated and the cooked breakfast was excellent. The children ate for free which was another bonus. Would stay here again, highly recommend!

We were incredibly well looked after at the Premier Inn Kidderminster, the staff were excellent doing everything they could for my family which included two little ones and my mum with a bad back. Fab central location. Good parking availability (paid separately but we parked on doorstep). Breakfast also great value. Rooms big and had everything we needed. Only small bit of constructive feedback is due to the building style the windows in the room don’t open to allow fresh air in - but not sure there is a solution to that.

This was a great experience, the staff were outstanding, friendly and helpful and available. The rooms were quiet, spacious and clean and we were able to have interconnecting rooms. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. It is an interesting building in the heart of the town, a great location and felt much more than a budget hotel.

Such a shame as the hotel location was good, staff were lovely and the room was clean. Possibly I lucked out on my choice of room but I was in a room where as soon as it was night time and quiet in the hotel there was a constant humming, pulsating noise and feeling of vibration that was so bad I barely slept. I think it may be an AC Unit or something but it was terrible. I would have tried to change room if it wasn't so late at night and I wasn't a lone traveller but I didn't fancy trying to find someone in the big stairwell (as old mill) or very slow lift. I have never experienced anything quite so awful in many years of travelling. Also the room was really cold and there were instructions to adjust the heating but when I put it up it just blew out cold air and was very noisy. A really awful experience which is such a shame as I cannot fault the staff or the cleanliness of the room. Also very limited food menu so I had to venture out on my own in the dark walking through a desolated shopping centre which didn't feel very safe so I'm not sure it is the best venue for a lone female traveller.
