AC won't go lower than 74, I rented a hotel room not a sauna. Wifi sucks cant keep a connection to even check the news had to switch to my mobile data. I'm not saying there was drug deals going on, but black luxury cars with tinted windows blasting rap music loud enough to knock things off the nightstand driving past the room all night long. Room was clean enough I guess but bags of trash all over the parking lot... seriously wish I'd have just slept in my car.

I have never stayed at such a dump! Cockroaches, no towels, spiders, terrible service, not to mention they are in violation of fire codes because of no smoke detector in the room, and no receptacle covers on outlets. Also, the one towel we got had a stain on it but when we asked for more, they said “we don’t have anymore.” Next door, there was loitering. Went next door to the La Quinta and it was like the royal palace. Never again!!! Word to the wise.

Manager great.Went out of his way to get me the room I was seeking.Hotel is basic no frills.Down the street from Hotel Indigo so area safe.I made mistake of speaking to a man in lobby about my travel itinerary. After returning late from grocery shopping he was standing near my door.I just said"I am very very tired"and went in room.I am a Redi points member so I thought he won't want to mess with me.Yes I should know better than to talk to people I don't know when traveling.

This is probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed in 20 years. It's a dump. Literally. Garbage was overflowing trash containers in the hallway stairs. We checked in and got our first hints of marijuana as we got to our room. Went in the room to find really unconformable beds and pillows. The bathroom door was falling apart, held together by a screw at the bottom of the door. The bathroom towel hanger was busted and the bar was missing. The room clock didn't work at all. It looked like it was plugged in. I called for a 6:45 wake up call, which the girl at the desk was happy to give me, only to never get it. My other group woke me with a call at 7:15. Because I was a small group, I couldn't switch hotels which, I gladly would have done. I paid $98 a night. The only things that worked were the TV and AC. I'm not sure if this is a Red Roof Inn franchise location or company operated, but they need new management and a lot more. I won't stay here again. Ever.

While the location is good, close to the airport and easily walkable to some restaurants, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The floor is partly laminate and partly carpet. The entire floor had a wet feeling to it like it had been mopped but never dried. I put a towel down on the floor beside the bed to keep from getting my feet wet and the towel was filthy dirty the next morning. So who knows what's in the carpet. Otherwise the bathroom looked clean and overall just what you expect from a low-budget hotel .
