Location, shower pressure, shower water temperature and price of the hotel compared to other places in the area were the best selling points of this hotel. While coffee was offered in your room in the mini coffee makers, coffee was not available down at the breakfast bar. Breakfast in general was disappointing with the lack of choice. (couple types of fruit, muffins, breakfast sandwiches and waffles were essentially it). Ice machines were all down too. I reported our 3rd floor machine have black flakes in the ice when I got ice. While I didn't expect an immediate fix, it was disappointing to not have ice when our room was right next to the ice dispenser. If there was any sort of rain outside, cable reception fuzzy and unclear. I know this is due to the digital signal but it was annoying to have that problem multiple times during our stay. Our room was had sticky spots in the bathroom when we arrived as well. Generally have had good luck at Sleep Inn but this was a mixed experience. For the price we paid, although cheaper than other hotels, I would have expected more overall.…
I made my reservation in April. I am a Choice Hotels employee, so I get a special discounted rate. It's an awesome benefit, especially after 8 years of employment. The hotel called me today to tell that they are sold out, and because of that, they're cancelling my reservation. This means that they can now open up a new space for a guest to be allowed to pay full price. Talk about money grubbing! Way to screw over other employees.
My family and I were in town with my son's soccer team. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating to our large group. The staff let us use the breakfast area for our team dinner and gave the team a late check out to accommodate our game schedule. The rooms were very clean. My only complaint is the furniture in the hotel lobby is very run down. It has rips and stains on it. It does not make a very good first impression at all.
This location is very convenient and right off of the interstate. Convention to several restaurants and shopping. I have stayed in this Sleep Inn several times and it has always been very clean and the staff is nice and courteous.
Stayed here for a short business trip. Rooms are reasonably spacious and nicely appointed with modern furnishings. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was average but that's to be expected with a Sleep Inn. During my stay there was a large high school group taking over much of the hotel (high school swim team I think.) I'm guessing the noise level was much higher than average as a result but that's understandable.
