I’ve never stayed at a hotel as filthy as this one. To add insult to injury, no apology or compensation at all when I reported to the front desk that the pull out sofa was so soiled, stained and filthy we couldn’t use it as we needed to. Photos attached of sofa mattress. The sofa itself had fresh and old stains so bad we couldn’t sit down on it. The curtains were stained, photos attached. I picked up multiple balloon pieces from a prior guest, was evident a vacuum hadn’t been used in a while. The carpet and flooring was so gross, I had to keep washing black crap off my feet! The sliding glass door doesn’t lock, and the tracks had caked piled on dirt and dust which made breathing a challenge. Photos attached. The patio is covered in mold, so we didn’t use it. The package offered included passes to Splash Lagoon. The downfall- check in is at 4pm, and the water park was only open till 7pm. Arcade as well. You can use the water park the day of check out as well. Water park opening at 11am, same time as check out makes it impossible for anyone who brought a pet (like myself) to use these services. I inquired about a late check out after explaining 3hrs access wasn’t much time. Desk clerk honored a Noon check out, which didn’t give us time to return. Glad I could bring my pet, but would a check out at 1pm instead have hurt anyone?! Truthfully, the room I stayed in should not be sold until it’s deep cleaned and sofa replaced, among other things. A simple courtesy to allow me to leave items in there a little longer would’ve gone a long way for my kids and I. This description highlights my biggest concerns; unfortunately I could add much more. Oh, and their pool was closed for maintenance and the carpet to the right of the D door entrance was soaked since we checked in with fans on it. Looks like there was a large leak or spill, would’ve preferred to not be put in a room next to it all as you could smell the mildew.

The hotel was dog friendly is the reason we stayed for the night while traveling. Although hotel needs updating the furniture is old & just felt yuck. The walks are thin & needed to leave radio on just to sleep. The breakfast was the usual scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle…. It was okay for the night but would not go back.

This hotel is one of the worst that we’ve stayed in…. The furniture was old and out dated and when we turned our bed down we found hair and crumbs in the bed! They would not change the bedding unless we left the room so we opted to change it ourselves. When we stripped the bed the mattress was disgustingly stained! The bath tub was filthy with a black ring around it and hair in the drain. Also it didn’t look like the room had been vacuumed nd several sliding doors were off of their tracks. Also, during breakfast, no one was wiping tables in between guests …. Totally unacceptable

The facility would have been fine for the price if the furniture wasn't dirty, worn and tattered. Most of the service was acceptable, but both of the televisions in our rooms stopped at the same time. A trip to the front desk yielded an easy solution (push a button on the back of the set) for the first TV, but they couldn't get the second TV to work. The did sent a guy to fix it, but he was as perplexed as we were. We asked if we could switch it out for another set, and were told this was impossible. They did offer us a different room for the night, but moving a four year old at that hour seemed more trouble that it should have taken (isn't it easier to move a TV than a young child? We chose to not eat the free breakfast. Not worth the price. Be aware if you are coming for Splash Lagoon that while the hotel does connect inside, it's a long walk and you have to pass through another hotel and go up and down several staircases to get there.

The person at the front desk was very helpful. The price was reasonable for a one night stay. Our room was cold because the air was on but once we turned it off it became comfortable. The room was very clean and comfy. They also have an indoor pool and provide a continental breakfast. All in all a pleasant stay.

We stayed here a night while roadtripping simply due to the fact that we could get a bunk bed room for the kids. They loved it and the set up was really cute with their own TV and desk. We didn't come for the waterpark so I can't comment on that, but it looked convenient if you were doing so. The bathroom floor was a little oily and hence slippery (probably from suntan lotion) but nothing a towel thrown on the floor couldn't fix. The breakfast was good with the normal offerings and hot water for tea was available. Was not loud and felt safe. Beds were firm, but comfy. Room was clean and didn't smell musty which has to be hard to achieve with so many wet people from the waterpark. Overall would not hesitate to stay again.

First, the pros - because there's less of them to write about. The pool area is very nice. You can see that they did do renovations at some point and the decor looks decent. Front desk person was friendly and very quick to replace our key cards when they were no longer working because the initial check in person only registered them for 1 night. I expected at least a somewhat clean experience, especially coming out of a pandemic. When we first entered the room, it was freezing cold. AC set at 68 degrees. Very odd, but we soon realized why. After warning the room up to 72, we left to go get something to eat. When we returned, the room was smelly. The room is disgusting. A quick glance on entering and it was ok. Coming back to the smell and looking a bit, the carpet is filthy. Not surface dirt, caked in filth. I know kids stay here, and we have ours here. But good lord. If the ac is down low, it keeps some of the mold/ bacteria funk at bay. The bathroom has cobwebs and hair stuck to the floor in the corners, and a 12" long broken area on the wall. The beds are basic, hotel mattresses. Sheets appeared clean, but some stains. Mini fridge has 2" deep ice on the back inside wall of it. Entry area to hotel has dried marks of spills. The coffee station counter is dirty. If you look in the corners, even in common areas and entrance, there is just filth from neglect of having basic cleanings done. There was a janitorial person that just sort of wandering around. I'm not sure what his role was, but he never seemed to be doing anything besides looking busy. There seemed to be many housekeeping staff, but a few were clearly brand new and getting directions. There's clearly a management issue in this location. There's just no excuse for the type of neglect seen. It didn't take days or a couple of weeks for some of this to happen. I was thrilled to check out on day 3, after spending as much time as possible out of our room. We had planned on getting take out to eat there, to avoid having to go to sit down places - but no way would I have my family eat inside that room. We are not the kind of people that are particular, especially about a hotel room. But there is a minimum level of cleanliness they should keep. And at the end of a pandemic, you would think it would be close to the best it's ever been kept. That's a frightening thought. Why did I stay? To not ruin my family's vacation after our trip to Baltimore and the kids museums and science center were closed during the week, and I didn't realize it.

Extremely disappointed. FYI there is not a water slide or arcade at this hotel as advertised on their website photos. That is only with Splash Lagoon that you have to pay to get in. The first room they gave us smelled musty. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. My husband went to the front desk to ask for a new room and the staff was kind and helpful. Thank God they moved us to a new room. That is better but this is a pet friendly hotel and as I write this in a blue chair I am sitting in someone else’s pet’s. Hair. Also the keys do not work in the doors. We are not new to using hotel keys but we have to try about 10 times every time to open the door. We went to the pool that they do have and no towels. My husband went to the front desk to ask for towels. They said they would bring them. 15 minutes later still no towels so kids walked all wet back to the room. The original hotel we booked did not have a pool and everything else was sold out for Memorial Day weekend. We saw a room available here that must have been a cancellation because there was nothing available before and when i saw the pictures with the water slide and arcade I snagged it right away. My daughter was going to stay home with grandma but when she saw the water slide and arcade she wanted to come. But alas, none of that is here. We came for a soccer tournament, not Splash Lagoon. So now, we sit bored at a subpar hotel with kids who would not have even been here to be bored.

Arrived to the hotel late at night due to an emergency. It was also a horrible winter storm. We get over $300.00 held from my act. The hotel day worker Courtney tells me I will have my money that day. 4 days later my moneybis still not back in my account. The manager appears to never work then when she does she blames it on the bank. During advising her it is not the bank that has my funds she intrupts me and states they already voided my funds. She does not have customer service down and cannot admit she is wrong. The night auditor should not have any control over peoples money or front desk services. He was told many time about the couple sreaming and swearing next door and did nothing about it. Worst hotel experience. Apparently this company finds it ok to hold people money illegally.
