Spencer House Bed & Breakfast is a true Bed and Breakfast in a beautifully restored Victorian mansion on Historic Millionaire's Row. Our location is close to Downtown within walking distance to Perry Square, Gannon University and a number of wonderful restaurants and attractions. We are also a short drive to Presque Isle State Park and it's 13.5 mile multi-purpose trail and award winning beaches and also Lake Erie Wine Country, the largest grape growing region east of the Rockies with it's wine trail of over 20 wineries, many of which are award winning. Built in 1876 as a wedding gift, you'll feel welcome as soon as you enter the front door. The solid brick home with elegant original woodwork throughout provides for a comfortable and quiet atmosphere for you to be able to relax and enjoy your time here. As a true Bed and Breakfast a full, home cooked, hot breakfast is included in your room rate. All rooms have a private bath, cable television, free wireless internet and individual controls for heat and air conditioning. Off street parking is provided and you can walk to many local restaurants and attractions.

Steve and Lisa have a beautiful B&B. They provided excellent accommodations and hospitality. The breakfast was wonderful especially the cinnamon chip pancakes! We loved biking through the state park as well as picking cherries at the local farm and of course our visits to several wineries. If you’re looking for a quaint getaway this is the place to stay. This was the nicest bed and breakfast we have stayed in. Nice innkeepers, excellent breakfast and a beautiful home! Would recommend this beautiful inn. Next time in Erie I would recommend staying here.

My daughter and I spent three amazing nights at Spencer House in Erie, PA. The Bed and Breakfast home is absolutely amazing…the home is immaculate, and the Architecture is gorgeous. We were given a tour upon arrival and a brief history of the house. Steve and Lisa (the innkeepers) were very gracious and friendly. Without hesitation…I would highly recommend “The Spencer House” for your next vacation. My daughter and I have decided to make this a yearly long weekend…just to stay at this lovely bed and breakfast 😊

Beautiful home and loved hearing the history of the house. Steve and Lisa were the greatest host and hostess. Breakfast was wonderful! The rooms were comfortable and beautiful. The bed linen was so soft and comfortable!Would definitely return if the chance came around again!

We had a wonderful mother/daughter trip to Erie. The highlight was our stay at Spencer House Bed & Breakfast. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and charming. It really to you back in time. The owners, Lisa and Steve were excellent hosts, and very informative of the history of the home. We can't wait until the next trip!

We had an overnight stay at this lovely property and wished we had more time to stay longer. Our room, The Presidential Suite was very spacious and comfortable. The Innkeepers, Steve and Lisa, show great care for their guests and the house itself; everything looks lovingly maintained. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast, cooked to order. Would highly recommend.

Beautiuful old house with lots of charm. Steve and Lisa keep the place immaculate! Very friendly couple who wish to assist with your every need. Every morning Lisa makes a breakfast that can't help but to start you off on a great day!

Perfect stopover stay on a long roadtrip. Gorgeous mansion on Millionaire's Row, tons of history and woodwork and 19th century character. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and slept like bank presidents dreaming of french toast!

This was our first trip to Erie. This house is beautiful and fascinating. Steve and Lisa made us feel welcome. All the oak trim was incredible. The breakfasts were delicious. Very comfortable and quiet. Easy access to Lake Erie activities. We toured the Maritime Museum was quite interesting. We are looking forward to a return visit. Nice to see all the restored mansions along West 6th street.

The Spencer House B&B was beautiful and the innkeepers were great. The breakfast was hardy and the innkeepers made sure we had anything we needed to make our stay comfortable – they were very thoughtful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. And the bed in the President's suite! My wife said it was the comfortable bed she's ever slept in her life.
