Safe was unusable and maintenance never fixed, but still charged daily for use. My confirmation was priced for a king bed with bay view. They gave my room away to someone else, gave me a room with a queen bed and charged me 136.92 extra. Supervisor was NEVER available to speak with and they promised to give me credit to my account, but still no resolution. Additionally, coffee available 24 hours, but they ran out of creamer and did not resupply for approx 5 days of my stay. Sadly, customer service is poor and lacking.

The cobblestone Inn and suites in Kildeer North Dakota we stayed September 9 through 11 as a couple upon entering the lobby there were flies flying everywhere there was trash on the floor dirty kleenex crumbs of food it was filthy. then no one was at the front desk so we went to search for someone and found a lady she said I don't f****** work here anymore but I can check you in then she had to go outside to find us some new keys to let us in our room Then at that moment the lady that was supposed to be at the front desk the whole time showed up showed up and we finally did Get our room key. Saturday morning went to have breakfast and everything was dried up and hard and overcooked . Not happy. Sunday morning check out is 11 o'clock at 9 o'clock we hear housekeeping banging on a door wanting to clean our rooms went to the front desk to ask management if this was their regular scheduled plan and she said yes it is because we have 21 rooms to clean and we need to get these rooms clean and we have a business that comes from outside of here that does this. not happy we'll try a different hotel next time Trip Advisor rates this the number 2 hotel and it's the most expensive hotel in the area by double

Nice affordable hotel across from the park and bay. Very clean, comfortable bed, mini 'fridge, microwave, safe, iron & ironing board. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Bath has tub and shower. Friendly front desk staff, plenty of free on-site parking. The whirlpool is small, room for 1 comfortably. Across from the park, a short walk through the park to have a nice view of the bay. Restaurants within a short walking or driving distance. Very, very close to main road but traffic noise is muffled except for large trucks. A room on the back side of the hotel would be quieter. Passing through we only stayed one night, but I would return when in the area.

First rooms were comfortable, fresh cookies, our key card worked better than any other hotel I've stayed in and service was wonderful. Best of all dog friendly. But it can't all be good, in my 2 night stay, the breakfast was the same, and I wish the dog walking area was better. Petty complains but that is why it's not 5 stars.

Our stay at Cobblestone proved to be enjoyable. My one concern was cleanliness of the bathroom, and someone had left food in our refrigerator. The bathroom was clean except for the floor..corners were fun of dirt and grit, The elevator was terrifying, but I suspect safe..just sounded bad. I would stay there again if I could get a lake view room, even though I booked early, I was told there were none, even with an upgrade.

Although this hotel is not right in the middle of the quickly developing waterfront district in Erie, it is only a short and quite pleasant walk away. There is also waterfront park directly across the street too. The hotel is very new and offers all of the standard amenities, including free parking and a basic but sufficient breakfast. You can save a few bucks by staying here instead of at the bigger names down the road and still get a nice spacious, clean and comfortable room. My first stay at a Cobblestone hotel and based on this visit I will stay at another.

It was a great place to stay we really enjoyed it but when we went to check out the clerk would not give me a receipt he gave me some story about having to call Priceline and I found out they have nothing to do with receipts!

We reserved 2 hotel rooms for our family from July 3rd to July 6th and were placed on the 2nd floor. The bay facing king room wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived - there was food debris in the sink (pickles), the ice bucket hadn't been emptied, there were damp towels and towels with stains hung in the bathroom, the bed wasn't neatly made and there were light stains on the sheets, the extra blanket was haphazardly thrown in the upper part of the closet, the clothes iron cord wasn't wrapped up - once we found one thing, we began to notice and nitpick at all of the things that hadn't been done or hadn't been done properly. The hotel was in a great location and much cheaper than the others across the street, but I certainly feel that we got what we paid for in this instance. There was one excellent staff member and I feel poorly for not getting her name, but she made it a point to go around to everyone at breakfast on the 4th of July and letting us know about a local parade that we might be interested in checking out.

Arrived later than I normally do for a hotel stay but after a long drive arrived around 9pm for check in. our room was paid for by a third party and initially the reservation couldn't be found. Heidi told us to have a seat and use anything we needed from the dining room to eat our dinner which we carried in with us...while she tried to straighten things out. She worked it out, finding the reservatio had been made for the following weekend. (The third party's fault). Heidi calmly advised us of the problem, straightened out and got us checked in before our dinner was half eaten. Can't say enough about how friendly, courteous and professional Heidi was under the circumstances (she answered multiple phone calls while fixing the room issue...a great employee who mgmt should be happy to have!
