We were only here for a few nights as part of a longer trip. Good points - quiet pictureseque location actually in middle of a tea plantation (which you can walk in), building itself is interesting and attractive with not very many rooms, and the rooms themselves were large and clean. Staff friendly in a laid back way. Not so good points - food could do with a makeover for a 'boutique' hotel as it was pretty average at best, there is also an open communal area on the 2nd floor but it wasn't being used for anything - eating up there would have been nice in the evenings? Note there is NO BAR but you can take your own beer / wine.

From the moment we drove up the drive to the property set in tea carpeted slopes, we knew we were going to love it. If you like bird watching, nature walks, spice plantations, cycling, staggering views, peace and silence (apart from the incessant rattle of cicadas and melodies of birds), this is the haven for you.
There are fifteen rooms set in rows across three floors for you to relax and unwind.
If you are looking for a lively time, this isn't the place for you as it is a little isolated and there is no bar so you need to bring your own alcohol (from government shops en-route) if you wish to partake.
Staff are very helpful and welcoming, food was pleasant enough, however if you have a sweet tooth, there wasnt really a great deal of choice for dessert.
The complementary walking tour of the plantation was a welcome addition and worth the 8 o'clock start.

Very nice property, and great service.

It is a small boutique hotel which allows them to provide great service for people staying there. The rooms were great, and once you open the windows of your room, on one side you see tea plantation and on the other side you see cardamom trees.

The tea plantation is great, and you can walk around on your own. The hotel also arranges a plantation walk for 30-45 minutes which you should not miss.

The breakfast was also amazing at this hotel. And any praise would not do justice to the amazing staff at this hotel.

Can't think of a better place to stay in Munnar. Will definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, very comfortable rooms and good food. The surroundings are spectacular and you are in the middle of a working tea plantation.

The food is served buffet style and there is a good selection of dishes both at breakfast and dinner. No alcohol is served but you can drink your own. Our driver Babu helpfully stopped before this, and every hotel in our trip, at the local bottle stores so we could stock up on wine and beer.

The staff here are exceptional - they are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Thank you

We enjoyed our stay here - one one side, our rooms overlooked the tea plantation and on the other, mountains and a valley where cardamom plants and pepper vines abounded. The restaurant served amazing food under a giant fig tree. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thought the rooms were clean and comfortable, there was a slight musty smell and the towels could have been better bleached and plusher. The wifi was almost not existent in the rooms - we had to go down to the reception/dining room area to get a proper connection.

We selected Tea harvest for our honeymoon trip. We stayed there for 2 night, we liked only hotel location, there is no service regarding things we have seen. Even they are providing room Services for only tea and coffee that also on chargeable bases. We had taken two day dinner at hotel, at second day I got seeknees after taking dinner at hotel.

A bautiful white cottage in midst of tea estate and forest. The best part is that most of the rooms have both the views of forest and the tea estate on either sides with the relaxing white sound of stream flowing nearby( quite loud). But no stream view cant & cant access too. The rooms are well clean, spacious bathrooms, arranged aesthetically.
Thr food is simply superb. Try American Choupsey which is mouth- watering. Morng Buffet too was tasty . so try everything , if free breakfast is included in ur package.

CONS: 500 mtrsOff- road drive nearing to cottage. Its not a resort. No spaces to spend around, where you will be confined in the room most of the time. A walk through the tea estate is not bad, but not much to walk.
The tea estate view from the cottage is different from what you see in the pic, as there are some building around the tea estate.

The hotel is wonderfully located amidst lush greenery and Tea plantation on your doorstep. The air is fresh and clean and with the numerous birds whistling and chirping makes it a visit to be had with nature . To this add humble and friendly service from the hardworking team making it a fantastic holiday . If there is one and only one comment for the management is to improve the access road to the property ( which I am told is going to be done soon)

The hotel provides excellent service with attentive care and great food. Housekeeping is efficient, and the hotel offers a complimentary cab service with supportive drivers. Whenever you visit, the hotel will arrange everything. The front desk is also very helpful.

We stayed here in May, and it was the most disappointing stay so far. The temperature sores to as high 30-32 degrees but no Ac is given. The staff is rude the food is bland and the price is exorbitant. The staff is impolite and doesn't respond to your queries. Whenever asked for any help, they give you attitude as if they are doing a favor to you. To top it all there is some construction noise going around all the time. There's some continuous drilling going on outside the rooms which makes it impossible to stay in the hotel.

They do have hot water but we had issues getting it to work when we were there. We had barely enough for two short showers then next day no hot water. So I’d say it’s variable.

Sir, Our Tea Harvester is not affected in the floods. In Munnar town, there was little flooding for two days. Now the Cleaning process is going on. Also most of all the roads are motorable. Only one Brigde is on process to Coimbatore side, It will clear soon. Regards, Tony
