Quiet, comfortable and fabulous breakfast service. The host was very accommodating with helping cyclist get into town for evening dining. This was my second time visiting and was not disappointed. Downstairs bedroom has two single beds and a private shower & jacuzzi tub.
My wife and I took the opportunity to get away for the weekend to take in the beauty of the Laurel Highlands and go kayaking on the middle Yough. We stayed 2 nights at the Hanna House and had a wonderful stay! Frances was extremely kind and made the most wonderful breakfasts in her beautiful old farmhouse which had a lot of history and character. She also gave us wonderful recommendations on places to visit and where to eat in nearby Confluence. We'll definitely plan on staying here again!
We had a wonderful stay at Hanna House! The house has been beautifully and lovingly restored and host Frances is lovely. Enjoyed her homemade brownies, refreshing iced tea and great breakfast. Strolled the grounds, gardens and sat by the pond after a tiring day of cycling. So peaceful--we were renewed. We are frequent visitors to the Confluence area and cannot wait to return to Hanna House. Thank you Frances!
We had a group of 4 cyclists passing through on our GAP/C&O Towpath trek. Frances is such a thoughtful host. She had brownies and delicious iced tea for us when we arrived and her breakfast was scrumptious and plentiful. The house is old but has amazing charm and history. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hanna House.
My fiancé and I visited for a day to go biking on the confluence trail. Fran was so kind and accommodating, and the house was beautiful. The house sits on a beautiful 100 acre property with plenty of places to explore. 10/10 recommend for a biking weekend getaway!
