The room was immaculate, the amenities nice, and the included breakfast (although in a reduced grab-n-go format due to COVID) helped get our day started on a full stomach without having to wander in to town right away. The hotel has plenty of off-street parking, and is within easy walking distance to the beach. It's barely a block from the carousel mall and Broadway St. shops. During the pandemic they continued to offer indoor pool use in 1/2 hour slots you can sign up for, for just your group or family. This was a great balance of caution and convenience. Our room had a Blu-ray player to use with their library of discs available by the front desk. In-room mini fridge (thankfully not pre-stocked with a bunch of overpriced snacks/drinks) and microwave, plus k-cup single serve coffee machine rounded out the amenities. Whenever we needed something the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a great recommendation for a hike to do in Astoria that we wouldn't have otherwise discovered, I don't think. Overall it was a wonderful stay in Seaside, our accommodations a large part of that experience.…

the entire property has had a massive facelift and is truly a welcome improvement. ownership pride is very evident. super convenient to all the beach and downtown action. pet friendly too. we love taking our dog along to inn at seaside.

This was our 2nd visit to Inn at Seaside having stayed at a couple of other hotels in Seaside previously. Here's what we love about it: *close to the beach without being so close the price sky-rockets. It's close enough we can easily carry our camping chairs with us *it's easy to find the street back to the hotel after a long walk on the beach because the aquarium is on the same street...so no guessing as to whether we're leaving the beach at the right spot. *check-in staff greets you with a smile and genuinely seem happy to see you. *gas fire pit right outside the front door with fun chairs to sit in. *clean rooms and no carpet! much appreciated after that long walk on the beach and all the sand you bring in on your shoes. *free salt water taffy in the room! And it's fresh! *complimentary breakfast--not as good during Covid as before, but enough variety to work for the vegetarian in our family and the one with celiac (needs gluten free). *A whole wall of DVDs in the lobby to borrow for the night. We will definitely return on our next trip to the Oregon coast! …

This was our first stay at Inn at Seaside and we really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The Inn at Seaside is really a nice place to stay and we will definetly be returning in the future. The free breakfast is a big plus, as well as the fresh chocolate chip cookies at night. It may not be right on the beach, but it's still a good location fairly close to everything.
