I have always loved this property and its staff, but perhaps hoping Choice Hotels has made this hotel not-so-good. I came in very late at night (actually early morning), very tired. Front desk was friendly, but I was given the handicapped accessible room. Why?!? I checked, double checked my reservation and even noted that I’d like a room if possible overlooking the lake…but no lake, parking lot view and the handicap room (too tired and I noticed it only after I entered the bathroom - no tub/shower and boy, do I feel guilty for using this room, even though it’s not my fault!). Refrigerator door is broken, outlets don’t function, room seems unclean. Next day staff not so friendly even when I reported my card wasn’t working. It’s not the same. I miss the old Radisson front desk girls who were so friendly and helpful. Will I come back? I don’t know; I want to, but may need to rethink this…and I’ll check more reviews as time goes on.…

With flight cancelations, and road closures, your staff helped us keep accommodations, and your restaurant staff remained cheerful and professional, with lines of guests waiting for tables. I’ll start by explaining the situation. We had been in Portland visiting family and were supposed to be leaving on this particular Monday morning. Hawaiian Air canceled our flight home to Kauai via OGG due to mechanical issues. The soonest flight they could get us home was 2 days later on Wednesday. They did give us a voucher for two nights at this Portland Airport Raddison. We gave it two stars because the people were very nice and the bathroom room was clean. But that was it. First, we were starving by the time we got to the hotel. There was a refrigerator in the lobby that had various salads and sandwiches which would’ve been fine - BUT every single thing we picked up was expired by at least a week. So nope. But the worst was the room. It was mildew. The carpets smelled. The mattress smelled. And the couch smelled. The couch and carpet looked as if it had been a while since they were actually steam cleaned. And we wound up calling it the Ratison because it smelled like there were dead rodents in the walls. It was so bad that we left the next morning on a very expensive flight just to get home. No one expects these places to be fancy but 5 days later and I’m still having asthma flareups from the mildew. …

Nice large room, great location near PDX airport. We arrived in late evening and took a few minutes (10) to check in. Room was excellent, beds were fine, staff was nice and helpful. Not sure if they have free breakfast or if we missed it. Only negative was paying $14 to park

Good hotel beds comfy pillows too soft. Can you hear the planes of course but not as noisy as the air conditioning so shouldn’t affect you it didn’t us. Had room overlooking the lake nice to sit watching the Ducks . Enjoyed our stay not far from shops and restaurants

The Frontdesk staff and Housekeeping staff are friendly,rooms are clean and nice with a lake view.Lakeview restaurant have an awesome so delicious food,we will come back again🥰🥰🥰Just please put privacy signs in the room,overall it’s a very good hotel,I recommend it👍🏻The front of the hotel with waterfalls is also a very catchy I love it so much,so relaxing to sit outside specially in the summer👍🏻👍🏻

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. This hotel is right next to the airport. There are some free parking spaces available along the street. The room was clean and the wifi was reliable. Breakfast was not free, but the quality of the food was fine.

I paid for a room with two queen size beds and they gave my room to someone else . I had to share a king size bed with my daughter . The hotel is very dated and smells old . I would never stay there again .

The team at the Radisson were very accommodating and check in was smooth. We booked an airport shuttle the morning we flew out so we could return the rental car the night before. It's nice that they have the option for an airport shuttle to make it convenient for our family to just check out and get to the hotel. They have complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. The room was comfortable and we appreciated the microwave and mini fridge! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

We were in the area for a wedding, and the bride's parents picked the Radisson. We were pleased with our room, the bed was very comfortable, and we visited the Lakeside restaurant twice. Once for drinks and breakfast the morning we checked out. My only complaint is having to pay for parking.
