Our room was clean and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth. I also loved the receptionist Francesca. Francesca at the front desk was a bundle of joy and light! From the moment I checked in to even grabbing wine from the bar, she was such a joy to speak with and made my stay even better! I wish more receptionists were like her. :)

Check-in was a breeze, front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean and the hotel accommodated our request for a microwave. The location is very convenient and we would stay here again if in the area.

Hotel is located closely by the airport and the cascade station. The service here was amazing and I would come back to this hotel just for the service alone. The hotel definitely shows it's wear and tear, but overall I would still stay again.

It was last minute booking It worked out great. Parking is not the best if you arrive after 330pm The rooms are very nice. Hotel is clean and smells good. Lobby has nice seating and area to have a few drinks

Our flight was diverted from Boise to Portland. We were stuck for the night and need lodging for our family. Location, price and services was GREAT. Jenny was amazing getting us a room, transportation and anything else we needed.

Hotel was nice overall. Shuttle driver dropped me off at Boutique airways terminal which is a little out of the way. Breakfast was good and there was fresh coffee available at all times. Room was nice. I would stay here again.

Pleasant covenant location near shopping, restaurants and transportation. A bus to the airport and a rail link to downtown. Great staff, Hanna was most helpful and knowledgeable to the surrounding area. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained, the beds could be updated. Parking is easy but in need of security. Unfortunately, our car was broken into in the middle of the day. The staff helped with contacting the Police and helping to clean up the broken glass, thanks to Tim. The Pool and hot tub were clean, and towels provided. A nice buffet breakfast was included. I will be back!

On arrival they had a well stocked hot chocolate bar in the lobby. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Two queen beds and a pullout sofa bed make comfortable to travel with kids. Breakfast had fresh cooked warm options and usual cold options. Plenty of selection to meet the needs of kids that are picky eaters.

Very large suite room with large sofa, desk, refrigerator. Great bed with high quality sheets. Good hot breakfast, easy free shuttle to airport. Friendly helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent value.
