The hotel was nice the parking garage not so much. Our bed was comfortable. The bathroom needs some updating, the toilet seat looks like it’s been on there since they opened the hotel and the shower head once could adjust the water pressure put now only has the one setting and it was rusted a little. The bedding and towels were crispy white not a stain on them. I would definitely stay again maybe in another room. Even though we were only there to sleep for a few hours and to take a shower. We did notice ice cold water near the reception desk.

This might be the Goldilocks zone for downtown Portland. It's in a great location for the rate with reasonable parking, and it has a lot of really cool amenities. I especially liked the free passes to use the gym right next to it.

Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and clean. Lots of equipment to borrow, although we didn't. It is a good location for attending an event at Keller Auditorium. It is an easy walk to Saturday Market and Waterfront Park.

The hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and has a lot to offer There is a wonderful gaming room and bikes skate boards and yoga mats can be rented for free as well as pases to 24 fitness club. Rooms are clean and luxurious.

We reserved connecting rooms months in advance and arrived late. Upon arrival the rooms were not cleaned (supposedly they were not planning to clean those rooms that night). We had to not only wait a long time but found a dirty used sock in between the sheets.

This place is beautiful, clean and centrally located near all public transportation. They have gym access and $15 of complimentary snacks. There is also a beautiful outdoor seating area. They also have a restaurant, game room, and sports equipment that we didn’t utilize during this trip. Unfortunately, they do not offer a laundry service, but they do have dry cleaning. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our visit.

Hotel Zags is hip, comfortable, with pleasant, helpful staff and good food in the restaurant, and a good value. The rooms were very nice, and I especially liked the reading lights implanted in the headboard. The downside is that the bookkeeping software and the hotel website were at odds. We booked through the hotel's website, yet the invoice didn't reflect what we were promised. The lovely staff took efforts to correct the bill, but it shouldn't be that hard.

Hotel staff were friendly. The cleanliness of the room was terrible-used glasses and hair in the shower stall and bathtub. Also the heat did not work. Hotel amenities are good. Hotel restaurant lackluster and felt like a cafeteria.
