Visited on a week night. Hotel was clean, staff were professional. Didn't try the pool or the work out room, but they both looked nice. Asked for another pillow and some extra towels, and got them in less than 30 minutes. Best part of visit was a trip to the bar. Levon was a great bartender! We didn't stick around for breakfast the next morning, but what we saw looked good.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and safe. What really made our stay was the employees. From the gentleman that greeted us and checked us in at the front desk, to the bartender providing seltzer water when part of our party was not feeling well, to check out....caring and friendly people!

2 stars for cleanliness inside. Parking lot dark with men who were not hotel guests roaming around, even sitting in outside patio area. I counted 6 lights out in parking lot. Hotel had no security and staff took no action asking men to leave. Room key did not work one morning. When I asked to have it reprogrammed the manager put in in machine and said it was working. She then took it to back door, put it in slot and lo and behold it did not work! A simple “ Sorry for your inconvenience, here’s a new key” would have been the proper response instead of acting like I was mistaken. Contacted Hilton and filed a complaint. It has now been 8 business days and I’ve had no response. While chatting with person taking complaint I discovered they had no record of me staying there for 2 nights. Didn’t stop them from taking my credit card for payment upon checkout. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

We stayed here while attending a funeral in town. The rooms were exceptionally clean as always and the staff very friendly and more than helpful. The amenities in the room included a microwave, coffee maker, and Wi-Fi, TV, plus the gym and exercise rooms and a pantry for snacks. There is also a restaurant inside the hotel. We enjoyed a nice evening in the patio outside that has lighting and plenty of tables and chairs for family and friends to gather if all staying at the same hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

We came to the hotel to stay for a night as we have been here before. The hotel is amazing! Clean, awesome, friendly staff and close distance to restaurants. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. That said, I order an old fashioned from the bar and it literally was the worst $15 I’ve ever spent. Asked for it with Woodford Reserve and I couldn’t taste any whiskey in there! Heck, it actually looked more like grenadine and sprite! I drank that like water! I went back down to the bar to see if they happened to forget the whiskey. The bartender said, “Nope, I put a shot in.” The puzzling look on my face probably told the story. Luckily, I had some good whiskey in my truck (Widow Jane) and I went down to get that. If you stay at the hotel then great, but do yourself a favor if you are a whiskey fan like me; bring your own whiskey.

Wonderful experience, clean and over the top effort to provide good service by staff members. Enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant bar and loved the Keurig coffee maker in room. Nice outside patio with hanging lights.

We recently spent 3 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bartlesville. The staff was very friendly especially Cheyenne at the front desk and the wonderful staff in the restaurant and bar. It was our first time in the area and the staff gave us great suggestions on attractions and restaurants. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was great and many restaurants and stores are within walking distance.

Ok, this is off brand for me, but this is the last straw. Ok, the beds are outdated. Supposedly they have adjustable firmness dials, but the second floor queen room I was assigned does not. Hard beds. Stiff, cheap sheets. Nothing outlandish. But then came the ants. I’ve killed tons of ants in this room, including some in the bed, and I’ve never even kept food in this room. But they persist. The curtains don’t keep out the light. My curtains have blood stains on them! My view is of the roof and the air conditioning unit. Ok, luck of the draw. I am here for work and I’m right next to the elevator. I have to work long days and get up early. It dings CONSTANTLY and LOUDLY. Ok, again, bad luck,. This is one of the only hotels in the area and I’m supposed to be working here several days a month for the rest of the year. So I was going to give it another few chances. See if I got a better room. See if I got those adjustable beds they advertise. But now it’s almost 11 PM before an early work day and the fire alarm has gone off multiple times and we’ve all been evacuated from the building and I’m sitting outside. This is awful. I can only hope it gets better. On the plus side, housekeeping seems to do a good job. They have a restaurant, which I haven’t tried. Waking distance to several restaurants on the main drag, which are ok. They have a breakfast in the morning. The pantry is stocked with a few things, but isn’t anything to drool over. Again, I’m pretty much stuck with the same three hotels. Maybe things will get better. But between the ants and the sitting outside and the fire alarm? You get this review for now.

Hello there, I am extremely sorry for the unfortunate events during your stay with us. With you staying here semi-regularly for business over the next month, I hope it will allow us the opportunity to change your perspective. Please stop by the front desk or ask to speak with me personally, if there is anything I can do or if you would like to discuss any of these issues further. Thank you, Hailey Hill General Manager Hilton Garden Inn

We overnighted here while passing through. It is located right downtown in what appears to be the business district. Conoco Phillips looks big in town. Location was very quiet. We had a NS, King room with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Accent chair with ottoman as well as desk and chair. Smallish room but functional and it was adjoining but that didn't cause any issues. Small bathroom with walk in shower. You couldn't fully open the shower door without hitting the toilet. Everything was clean and well kept. It appears this property has been around for a while. There were several restaurants with a block or 2 so easy walking. We tried the Painted Horse and it was excellent. They have an on site restaurant open for breakfast and dinner but we did not try it. Good service and an excellent rate on the room. Glad we tried this hotel and we'd stay here again

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at if you’re ever in Bartlesville. Very clean and the Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant onsite, but it is also an easy walk to the cute downtown shops, restaurants, and a great local brewery. Would definitely stay here again!
