Mobile app has check in feature however this location may not have accessibility to that Marriott feature. Went to front desk at 330 on a Friday, checked in fairly quickly considering the lobby was packed with two busses that had just arrived. Room was on 4 th floor next to elevator and ice. Surprisingly little noise from this. Everything was clean upon arrival and I often saw staff sanitizing throughout the hotel. Rooms are not cleaned between 2 day stay, unless requested. Dirty towels are placed outside door for pick up. Went to front desk for clean towels. Which is what we were told to do. However someone came to our door and also dropped off more towels. Garbage cans need to be bigger since that is not cleaned during stay as well. It is nice to have the couch in the room. The room set up is different than traditional hotel rooms. The Bathroom faces the foot of the beds. It is long and the shower and toilet are at opposite ends. The water is hot with good pressure. The TV is on an angle on a desk. This way both the couch and bed can have a view. There’s a large closet which to me was a bit of wasted space. Enjoyed how quiet it was. I would recommend the top floor.

We had a great stay. The rooms are spacious and this place is quiet. Easy to get a good night's sleep. The refrigerator is larger than most and the freezer works well. Big screen TV, beautiful bathroom and shower. The microwave is top of the line, they have a small desk which was great for my MacBook Air. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a limited selection but everything was good. Delicious muffins, bagels and croissants that are individually wrapped. The juices offered were very good. The coffee was excellent and they provided a selection of different creamers. They also have a waffle maker, sausage patties, turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, yogurt and fruit.
The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The location is excellent and the Hall of Fame is only about a 5-7 minute drive.
Only negative is the workout room. No exercise bikes there and the TV was in the wrong position so I was unable to view when I worked out on the elliptical. The towels in the exercise room were too rough and not good for wiping the sweat from my forehead. Best to bring a towel from your room.
Overall, a great place to stay.

We recently made a visit to Canton for a kids flag football tournament and stayed with a large number of families. The hotel is close to many amenities and the Pro Football Hall of Fame. It is very clean and the rooms are large for families. Those are things you might expect from a hotel but what you will be surpised by is the incredible staff. Everyone we encountered was welcoming and helpful. Kimberly, the front desk manager, is out of this world. Every hotel needs a Kimberly. Not only did she help our crew set up a BBQ in the back of the hotel so that the large number of us didn't bother other guests, she actually organized a talent show for the kids in the lobby! She was the so sweet and couldn't do enough for our group. She was fun and positive and treated each family and each child with such care, you might have felt like you were visiting your favourite Aunt! From early checkins to waffles made fresh in the morning by staff to the incomperable Kimberly we have never had a better hotel experience than we did here!

We chose this hotel based on previous Trip Advisor reviews and were looking forward to our stay. Upon entering the hotel we were pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff member. The lobby looked bright and updated as expected. However when we exited the elevator on the 4th floor where our room was located we were shocked to see the stained carpets which foreshadowed what was to come for our suite. Upon opening the door to our suite we noticed stains on the carpets, couch and accent pillows and lamp shades. The bathroom was in no better shape. The moisture strip in the shower was loose and the seemingly new vanity was badly chipped in two locations. The door of the bathroom had substantial dust on it. There was a package of used plastic cutlery on top of the microwave and the microwave itself was in poor condition. After encountering the numerous shortcomings with this room we felt that we could not stay. We went down to the reception area to discuss our displeasure with our suite. The staff appeared shocked and said that they had a carpet cleaning company in two months ago to clean. This was clearly not evident given its current state. They offered to give us another room on the first floor outside of the elevator as this is all they had. We decided due to the blatant disregard for cleanliness we needed to change to an alternate hotel in the area. They were accommodating and refunded our deposit and compensated us for our experience. When we arrived at our alternate hotel property they commented to us that many guests have been unhappy with the experience offered at Springhill Suites Canton location and have chosen to leave as we did. If you choose this property please be aware of the unsanitary conditions. This was a disappointing experience from a Marriott property and as Bonvoy members we expect a higher standard of the brand.

The hotel in general was clean and modern. The room itself was clean except for the multiple stains on the rug. We stayed four days and not once was our room cleaned; not the bathroom, no rug vacuuming, no bed making or trash removal, nothing. We were emptying our own trash, making the bed and getting our towels and soaps etc from housekeeping. Maybe this is a thing now in hotels, that you get a room, period. I guess we expected the minimum amenities at least every other day. Very disappointing for the amount of money paid. The beds were comfy and the desk staff was excellent. When housekeeping was asked for towels etc, they could not have been nicer. Excellent location.

The internet shows doesn't show airport shuttle or restaurant but the Marriott app does; therefore, I called prior to my trip and was advised there was an airport shuttle. Upon my arrival I call the hotel and was informed no airport shuttle and then find out no restaurant. The internet and the app needs to have the same information and needs to be accurate. Otherwise, the hotel itself was very nice and clean. Beds comfortable and good water pressure in the shower.

Hotel is hard to get to. I'm a Marriott Gold member when I checked in I asked for a water. Was told they were out of free water( not joking). Went to room and then back to lobby where I had to purchase a water for $ 2.70. They do not clean rooms daily. I would have thought that an employee would have went to the store and spent $ 20.00 for acfew cases of water. Shows me a severe lack of customer service.

Customer service is a joke. Never again. Twice I spoke to them about not being on the first floor and they put me there anyway. Then wouldn’t let me use my business card that I have been using for years for security reasons. The rooms smells awful of some sort of over bearing chemicals probably to cover up dog smells. My night was ruined and I’m gagging due to these awful cover up chemical smells in this room. I will never stay here again.

We really enjoy the SpringHill group of suites and have never been disappointed. Our last trip involved taking our BMW to the nearby dealership for service and when we requested that the hotel hold our bags until check in time they simply found us a room and checked us in well before noon. Lovely pool, very clean room, very enjoyable breakfast and above all, every staff member from the front desk to housekeeping to shuttle drivers with were genuinely nice people who made our short stay as enjoyable as possible.

The staff at this hotel was very accommodating to our large group during these weird times. The room was large and very clean. The outdoor patio and lobby area were perfect areas for our group to enjoy some time together while relaxing in between softballs games. The staff was so friendly and talked to every guest in our group including the kids to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. After a horrible weekend with another Marriott property the weekend before, this stay made me believe again in the value a true Marriott property can provide and enhance your travel experience.

My suggestion for that hotel would be to use the service DoorDash. They deliver as late as 12:30am, and have over 80 restaurants to choose from. Obviously the exact number will vary according to time of day.
Then there's GrubHub who have about 20 restaurants in that area as a back up option.
Similar services would include Uber Eats and Bite Squad, but I'm not sure if they service that area.
You can order from your computer from these websites, or you can download a free app for your phone or tablet for any of these services.
You'll pay a small fee for delivery, but it is far easier than trying to figure out who, if anyone, delivers direct. Door Dash is offering free service this month to all new customers.
Other than that there's the usual pizza chains, or ask at reception if they have any menus for local restaurants who deliver.
No our room didn't it was divided by half wall with frosted glass on top half. I would call the hotel maybe all rooms are not the same. Hope that helps.
There are more places to choose from in the North Canton area.
