What a beautiful peaceful place to stay, with amazing views. We arrived on the 28th Jan 23, enjoyed 2 nights of relaxing and just switching off from the world. The yurt is situated on a beautiful hillside surrounded by amazing views. Inside is cosy and warm, with the log burner and electric heater (we found the fire to be warm enough). There is enough sleep space for 2 adults & 2 children. All bedding included, and an electric blanket, which was lovely!! The only thing you need to bring is your food. I would highly recommend this yurt to anyone with children, my two daughters really loved playing on the swings, trampoline, collecting twigs for the fire and playing fetch with our dog and the owners dog Bonnie. We will definitely go back here!

We arrived a week ago for a 2 night stay. There were 3 of us, including a 13 year old boy. We were greeted by Jo and her dog Bonnie. My son loved playing with the dog, a bit of a difference from screen time. The yurt was perfectly clean, well equiped and comfortable. We had everything we needed, including a flushing loo and a hot shower. There's even a little fridge for your perishables. Unforetunately for us we had pretty solid rain the whole time we were there, but it didn't dampen our spirits. We had a great day out in Shrewsbury as well as lunches and dinners, all of which were very good> A great break!

What a great place to relax and unwind, everything you need to get away from the 21st Century, the views are fantastic, it's very peaceful, but also close to everything you need. We stayed two nights ... the doors were never shut and felt at one with the world.

Ditch the tv and social media and book yourself into this magical place. We enjoyed our mini break so much and returned feeling calm and cleansed. The yurt is extremely spacious with a well equipped kitchen area, comfy beds and a view to die for! With it’s own loo and shower it’s an ideal place to dip your toe into the glamping experience. Watch the stars from the spacious decking and then relax in the cosy yurt and listen to the soothing rainfall. Super friendly and helpful hosts who provided a lovely warm welcome. The yurt is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful Shropshire countryside and the pretty welsh towns close by. Close to some of the most unspoilt canals in the UK you won’t be disappointed. We would love to return and would definitely recommend.

We’ve just returned from our visit to Offa’s Dyke Yurts, we stayed for 3 nights with our little dog. We had a fantastic time, the views are amazing and the yurt is situated to the back of the property so it’s nice and quiet! With the dog, we had a wonderful time exploring the land, stopping off at the swings at the children’s play area. We spent time walking Offa’s Dyke path taking in the scenery and the countryside, went walking along the canal (a short drive from the yurts) and visited Oswestry town centre. We had a great time, if your looking for something different and some peace and quiet this is definitely the place to be!

Book it, book it now! This place is fantastic. All the benefits of camping with the convenience of home. Wife and I stayed for 2 relaxing nights and took our 2 golden retrievers. We all loved waking up to the beautiful views and the sounds of bleating sheep and chirping birds, and the dogs loved running around the garden with the owner Tom's dog Jasper. The yurts are well insulated but the wood burner really makes it cosy once the cold of night kicks in. Great place to toast some marshmallows. You have Llangollen and Chirk close by, as well as Offas Dyke path if you fancy a long walk. This is really a great place to spend a few days away from it all. We will be back and would absolutely recommend to friends.

We stayed here between Christmas and New Year with our 2 boys and it was thumbs up all round, the Yurt is really spacious and well planned out with all cooking utensils you could possibly need. There is a 4 ring hob so easy enough to conjure a hot meal, would be great in summer when you could have a BBQ but it was a bit too cold in December Shower was powerful and hot as were the washing up facilities and a lovely clean toilet The decking area really makes the setting - we had great weather - freezing cold with beautiful blue sky's and the sun shining in the frosty fields both morning The boys loved playing on the swings and trampoline and it's so lovely to let them run free On arrival the fire was lit and very cosy Good location about 5 miles outside Oswestry, we visited Raeadr falls (40 mins away) horseshoe Falls, Llangollen and Chirk - all good days out Good Morrisons in Oswestry to stock up on provisions and I think there was a small shop in the village - really need to drive everywhere - probably different in summer when it is lighter for longer Small request would be to have better quality pillows and duvet covers although this doesn't detract from the overall experience It was amazing to go outside at night and see so many stars in the sky - we would definitely return Thanks for having us

Stayed over a bank holiday weekend with kids and the dog. The yurt was lovely, electric blanket on the bed, fairy lights and a wood burning stove. It was freezing outside but lovely and cosy inside and really comfortable. The shower was great, hot and powerful. The kids loved it, particularly the trampoline and the dog loved being able to roam around. We were left alone, so it was really private. The views were spectacular, gorgeous scenery. Tom recommended a great little walk through the woods nearby. A really special holiday. Will definitely return and highly recommend it.

The pleasures of camping outside (fresh smells, sights and sounds) but the comforts of being inside (log fire, hard walls, space, being dry, hot shower). Went with 2 juniors & 4 adults. Rain meant we spent some quality time together stoking the fire and catching up.
