My work colleague and I stayed for one night on 18th November 2020. We were welcomed by Rob and it was absolutely no problem that we should have been allocated a twin room - he immediately produced a pack for the sofa bed and insisted he make the bed etc. After that Paul and Mags were so attentive. When we ordered in a Chinese meal, they provided us with plates, cutlery and napkins - we didn't need to ask. The room was very well appointed with USB chargers incorporated in the 3-pin switches, which were better spread around the room than our previous stay in Lowestoft last week. The showers are always good but the shower rose was exceptionally large. We could not find fault. Well done!

Hotel's Favorite
Me and the missus decided upon a couple of nights here before another lockdown was announced. It was lovely, and excellent measures where in place for keeping us all safe from Covid. Masks where compulsory when entering and leaving hotel and inside restaurant, (when not eating etc). Staff were really nice and helpful. A free public car park is very close by. We had breakfast which was ordered and served to our table, food was excellent and well presented. We had a takeaway from the restaurant to take up to our room which was delicious. I chose a margarita pizza and the missus chose a sweet potato and spinach curry, we went down to collect them. The curry was vegan and really tasty! The man who checked us in was a nice bloke called Paul, as it’s the same as mine, what’s not to like! We will definitely come back and stay again, lockdowns permitting! Great location close to the water and it brand new as well! Best, Paul Nielsen 😀😷🌈

Recently spent two nights at this Premier Inn. Up to the usual standards of a Prem, clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a great breakfast in the morning. Situated in the center of town close to the river, There is a car park next to the hotel that you have to pay for but a free car park a couple of hundred yards away. Fully compliant with covid rules, would stay here again if ever in the area.

We stayed here this previous week for 2 nights for £110. The hotel was in excellent condition, very well kept and it felt very clean. The staff were very attentive bringing us up an extra towel and extra pillows. I had made a mistake on the booking and the staff were very helpful rectifying it. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here on the way to Scotland for a holiday. We had a lovely experience. Helpful and welcoming staff, clean room and lovely breakfast. Please don't park at the back of the hotel as the car park is disc operated and you will get a ticket. Go in front of the hotel and then drive through the archway. There is a free 24 hr car park. Would highly recommend.
