The Brookfield Hotel has 42 bedrooms, all fully en suite with comfortable beds and all amenities. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Excellent food which was home cooked at dinner and breakfast with a good choice available. The staff in all areas went above and beyond for all of us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Just spent 3 days on a craft retreat at this wonderful hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, can't fault them about anything. Rooms are wonderful and spacious and beds are very comfy. Meals are average price wise but the quality is wonderful, only slight issue and that is on the lunch choices - not many unfortunately for snacks

Bit basic for the price. Restaurant was very understaffed for breakfast, only 2 ladies serving and a full dining room to serve. Tables missing cups, no glasses with the fruit juices, no milk with the cereals as they were so busy serving. Not the fault of the staff, they dud their best.

Upon arriving at 1am we were welcomed by a cheerful and helpful night manager. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Dave the maintenance man went above and beyond to help us with an issue on our vehicle upon departure. He is a real credit to the hotel.

As part of the wedding party last weekend, I can only echo the two previous reviews. The breakfast on the morning of the wedding plentiful, hot and with plenty of choice. As a venue for hosting the wedding it was perfect with the gardens and the main room and bar area. The meal at the wedding was excellent with everything cooked perfectly and piping hot, not usual when catering for larger numbers. All in all we had a lovely time and all the staff were friendly and attentive and the hotel ticked every box for us.

I cannot praise the Brookfield Hotel enough for their professionalism and their care and attention to detail as hosts for a family wedding. All the staff were incredibly polite and helpful from the manager down. They worked so hard to ensure that the wedding was perfect in every way. So many of our wedding party were impressed by the venue with it's delightful layout and the pretty garden. The wedding breakfast food and service was excellent. Our room was of a high standard, clean and the bed very comfortable. I would highly recommend the Brookfield Hotel as a great venue for a wedding or any other social event as well as a lovely choice for a great getaway in Emsworth, Hampshire. We were part of a wedding party, when we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff. Room was more than adequate, very clean and very comfortable bed. One morning we were 16 for breakfast, and the staff coped incredibly well, and with a smile. The food was good and all served together. The wedding breakfast was excellent, and thoroughly enjoyed by all on our table. Would thoroughly recommend, and will stay there again.

Where to start? The staff were pleasant at check in. The room was tired looking but adequate and clean. Food over the 2 days stay was inconsistent at best. Breakfast the first morning was good. The full English consisted of 2 sausages, 2 bacon, 2 eggs, tomato, hash brown, mushrooms and baked beans. On the second morning, it was half the size and only one of everything. I opted for the vegan breakfast as it had avocado on toasted ciabatta bread. When it arrived it had one vegan sausage, one hash brown, one piece of tomato, one mushroom and a spoonful of baked beans. No avocado on ciabatta! When I asked why, the staff member looked vaguely and then said sorry, I’ll go and get it. When she came back it was avocado on a piece of un-toasted, French bread! We were part of a wedding party and the wedding meal was no better. 2 people on our table had undercooked chicken, which was sent back, but just as bad the second time, the salmon was swimming in tasteless butter and the vegan dessert, was served with non vegan ice cream!
