Ideally situated if you want to explore Emsworth, in the centre of town but very close to the quiet quay. Very clean and comfortable indeed, with unusual and amusing decor! Stayed on Saturday so breakfast at JJ’s wasn’t available the next morning, but on any other day we’d have been happy to eat there. Rooms at the back will be very aware of noise from the small pub garden next door, but only until closing time. There’s also a bottle recycling bank close by which could be heard in the morning. Otherwise very peaceful, so a good nights sleep in an excellent bed.

My wife and I stayed at Kip23 at the beginning of February, we stayed in the Glitz room, and it was warm and spotlessly clean for our arrival. Having been to JJ's many times before we were looking forward to the decor, and it didn't disappoint! A great stay, the room had everything we needed, we will definitely return!

I was born in Emsworth and visited to see family. We booked in for a Saturday night and also reserved JJ's for dinner. I will write a separate review for that, but just to say it was 5* and definitely combine it with your stay. Back to the Hotel. Its a beautiful flat front property yards from the harbour slip and attached to JJ's. Each room is wonderfully designed. We stayed in the Glitzy room, as my favourite colour is pink (blokes are allowed to like pink) and wow, what can I say, it was awesome, quirky, lovely. Bed is big and bouncy. A bit soft for us but that's personal preference so not a criticism. Bathroom is lovely, shower is great. The decor though, its mind blowingly awesome, you have to go! We are back at the end of July and even sooner if we can!!
Bit of an observation, as there is no reception or contact, it would be good to have an ironing board and iron in the cupboard. Also perhaps another small bin in the bedroom as well as the bathroom. We also run out of milk and only had a couple of cups of tea or coffee. Again definitely not critiscism, just an observation. The las observation, and this may have just been an off day, we didnt know where to put our key in the morning. A drop box would be good? JJ's was shut till 12 but we had to be out at 11. Luckily I waved to a member of staff who kindly unlocked and came out to see what we needed.
Overall, 5 star, quirky and well worth a stay.

Great place to Stay if you visit Emsworth or have a night at the best pub in town JJ’s. Jane and I stayed here in the Glitz room which is pink. The accommodation is quirky and immaculate we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back 10/10 JJ’s pub/restaurant next door serves great food in beautiful surroundings Go on treat yourself

Stayed at Kip23 last week and words cannot express the attention to detail this place has From the Decor to the quality of the furnishings I would recommend this the one and only place to stay Also JJ’s next door which is owned by Kip23 is must for dining and fabulous cocktails

Enjoyed two nights in The Jungle room. Quirky venue but new, clean and comfy with everything we needed. JJ's next door has friendly staff, good food and drinks. Emsworth is a lovely small town, with good walks available - and multiple pubs with assorted real ales in which to rest afterwards :)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Emsworth. It was lovely, the rooms were exceptionally comfortable and clean. The interior design added a fun touch, making the experience even more delightful. Highly recommend!

Just had a fabulous two night stay in the ‘Jungle’ room.
What a find this place is! Very helpful staff, the room was probably the cleanest and funkiest rooms we have ever stayed in!
Everything you need supplied, nothing was too much trouble.
Highly recommend if you want a very comfortable break in a beautiful little town! JJ’s bar is fab too, the breakfast we had was delicious. Cocktails were great and reasonably priced.

I arrived at Kip23 and was shown to my room, LUXURIOUS to say the least. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to stay in it all day, The nice touches bottles of water, hospitality tray. A great find, will definitely return. Staying in Emsworth a must stay

Location. Room was amazing, bed was really comfortable, bedding high quality. Ate at the pub connected to the rooms and the vegetarian food was lovely! Tina was a wonderful host, friendly and professional. We will definitely visit again.
