This was our 2nd stay at The Old dairy Farm on a B&B basis. The location for the B&B is just fabulous, being away from any road noise etc. There is plenty of on-site parking.
Hand sanitizer was available as you enter the property which is important given the pandemic situation we are still in. Also, there were fresh flowers in the hallway and the breakfast room, which we thought were very welcoming.
Our room was at the back and had a fabulous view over green fields / paddocks. The room/ en-suite was spotlessly clean and was valeted to a very high standard every day. The breakfast room was bright and airy, with views again over the paddocks. My husband hot a hot breakfast and said it fabulous and "hot". Breakfast was served by Debbie and her daughter Lily, who were very friendly and attentive.
Our 5 night stay was just fabulous. Very peaceful, comfortable beds in a spotlessly clean room, followed by an excellent breakfast in the morning. Blissxxx

We had a 5 night stay, visiting family. The room/bathroom were spotlessly clean, and remained so during our stay. This was aspect of the stay was important to us, given we are the midst of a pandemic. There was sanitizer in the room for us to use. There was a privacy blind at the window, which was excellent. It enabled us to have the light coming in but not peoples eyes!!! The breakfast was served in a light and airy conservatory. The breakfast choice was very good, and covered all our requirements. Fresh fruit salad, fruit juice, cooked breakfast etc.
Debbie was very welcoming , whist not been able to be hands on!
The Old Dairy is set in its own grounds, so has no road noise etc. Very relaxing. We will most definitely t be back. After booking the room, Debbie sent us an email, outlining places to eat, attractions to see etc. All very useful.

We have just had an absolutely fabulous time at Old Dairy Farm Glamping and really can not recommend it enough. Debbie and her team go above and beyond with their hospitality without in the least being intrusive during your stay.

The Yurts are well spaced out with privacy and all contained within a separate fenced oak tree paddock away from the owners house/yard with fantastic facilities! They have thought of everything and the log burner in the yurt is the icing on the cake along with provisions of a fridge, gas hob burners, your own BBQ with coals and your very own decking with table and chairs and a chiminea. Whether you are a couple, a family or a group of families it is a quiet idyllic place to be. You are very close to lots of things to do with kids, the local town of Emsworth with a great walk around the harbour and a short drive to the Witterings for the beach.

What a charming B&B. Debbie is a great host - friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are immaculate with attention to detail - the usual hot drinks, kettle etc but also bottles of water. Shower caps, cotton buds and facial pads in the immaculate and modern bathroom. Breakfast doesn’t let all of this down either - a wide menu for breakfast, nicely cooked and served promptly. Plus fruit, yogurt and cereal in addition if you so wish. Wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else if I go to Emsworth again.

We only stayed for one night but could have happily stayed for longer. A fabulous place to stay, a very warm welcome. A lovely location, the area looked lovely, on the way up you pass the yurts and they look worth staying in with individual facilities.
The rooms were beautifully done with a mix of art on the walls from local artists work. The bedroom was very relaxing, comfortable bed and bathroom with a great shower.
An excellent breakfast, lots of different cooked options along with cereals and fruit.
We will certainly be returning, it was a fabulous place to stay.

I booked this B&B for a few nights so that Mum and I could visit my brother and his family after not seeing them for over 2 years. Debbie greeted us as soon as we arrived and was very friendly. She advised us which room we were in, but was following strict Covid rules so didn't physically shows us to our room which was very clean and comfortable we had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely and there was plenty to eat. It's a beautiful spot surrounded by fields but a small drive to Emsworth Quay area.
I would recommend this to anyone and will definitely staying there again.

What a wonderful place! The B&B is beautifully kept and very quiet, with really comfortable beds, a fantastic tray of teas, coffee and hot chocolate (with real milk available) and even a couple of delicious brownies as a welcome treat. Debbie and Lily are fantastic hosts who really do go the extra mile in making sure their guests have all they need. And as for the breakfasts… probably the best we have ever had in a B&B. We simply couldn’t fault it! Our recommendation is definitely that you visit the Old Dairy Farm - we feel sure you won’t be disappointed!

Our stay in the yurts was fantastic. Everything we could have needed had been thought about, from the mini fridge to logs for the fire - and instructions on how to light a wood fire properly! Saved us a lot of time. Everything was very clean, the beds were really comfy and the little touches of ambient lighting in the yurt and surrounding us in the paddock as the sun went down made it really magical.

Location is great, loads to do in close proximity. We had a lovely morning on the beach at Hayling Island and a quick visit to Chichester, both easy journeys.

It was all the best bits of camping under canvas without any of the challenges - and particularly without having to take a tent down, what a result! - so we have already booked to come back next year, and we can't wait.

This was our 2nd visit to Old Fairy Farm & we will back! We stayed in the yurts on both occasions, with our dog Fred, they are immaculately clean and the king size bed is so comfortable we woke having had a peaceful night sleep to the beautiful sounds of the countryside. An even bigger bonus, there is a full en-suite you don’t even have to leave the spacious yurt for a refreshing shower! The yurts are furnished beautifully with such attention to detail, crisp white linen, romantic fairy lights, wood burning stove & I could even use my hair dryer!
If like us when you are away you like to avoid grocery shopping Debbie has a superb selection of hampers available, all locally sourced high quality ingredients. They are beautifully presented, all you need to is light the bbq or gas hob & enjoy, we spoilt ourselves to the surf & turf & wow it was superb! The fire pits are a wonderful way of relaxing & star gazing whilst toasting marshmallows with a glass or two!
Old dairy farm is family run, Debbie, Adrian, Lilly & the team are wonderful genuinely friendly hosts & nothing is too much trouble, we stayed whilst the euro semi finals where on, they offered us a tv, a very happy husband & we did not have to take our dog to the noisy pub!
Thank you for a wonderful stay, looking forward to visiting soon & trying out the hot tub.
PS Fred the cockapoo loved it & is looking forward to coming back.
