The bed was softer than we would like, but with the very quiet, safe location, "blackout" quality drapes, and quiet ac, we had a good nights sleep.
This was a pleasure trip so we actually overslept and didn't see the breakfast offerings.
The one big disappointment was the outside grounds. Litter was not too bad but the condition of the parking lot and especially the concrete walkways was very poor.
Landscaping was very poor also. Several gallons of Roundup would be needed to kill all the over 1 ft weeds growing all around the building and parking lot. IT really looked terrible.
I did not see the pool so no comment on that.
While the outside needed a lot of work the inside was just fine and with the service we received would rate a 5.
Would recommend staying there.

Overall not bad for the price, and I would come back to this hotel when visiting the canton area
We went to the outdoor pool right away which was a little dirty. While swimming we found out from one of the guests that there was a triple homicide at the Baymont right next door and they had to evacuate this pool the day before. He said that everybody in the area known as they deal drugs out of the Baymont all weekend long.
We arrived late so we were already tired and dried off and went to bed pretty quickly. We noticed there were sunflower seeds all over one of the cushions but thought, well mistakes happen. In the morning we realize that the microwave was disgusting with food particles and grease all over it.
They were chunks of paint falling off the walls especially in the bathroom that were bigger than my hand. There was pubic hair all over the bathroom and it's chunks of shaved hair particles smeared on the tub walls.
We packed up to get out of there and found clothing left by previous guests!
we went down to grab our go breakfast and get out of there and there were a few dried out mini muffins and a juice machine.
There was no manager on duty just a sign that someone would be back in 5 minutes. I waited and talked to Chris. He said he would go get the made right away but I said that we were leaving and that doesn't help. I asked for an adjustment to our bill because of the state of the room. He said they don't really do that and pointed to the other end of the counter and told me to grab a card and call the manager who was not in. He did not even apologize!
I called the hotel again directly. Chris answered. I asked if I could speak to the general manager and he put me on hold. Then he picked up the phone again And I explained that I was holding for the general manager and he said yeah I am one of the managers. Like did you forget that you were a manager that when you put me on hold? Needless to say the general manager was not there and did not call us back.
I called the General manager and left voicemails for 3 days with still no reply. We finally sent an email and then received a call back within 2 hours.
We felt the manager did not really take it seriously and find me at the end of the conversation offered small amount off of our bill like $20. He then continue talking to us and said that's why we offer this amount off but stated a different amount off which was less than the original amount offered. Then further in a conversation offered the original amount off again.
After researching the distance from hotels to stadium, we all agreed on Comfort Inn Hall of Fame. It’s located near a mall with plenty of restaurant options. I had prepaid for the room so check-in was a breeze. We stayed in room 305. The room was clean but here are my cons:
1. If you are 5’9 and taller, the commode is going to be too low for you. My husband had to help my dad who is 6’0” off of it.
2. There were stains on the curtains and curtains were partially off track.
3. After enduring a 6 hour drive, all we wanted to do was rest. The beds were the worst. I have never slept on such a lumpy bed in my life. None of us got rest due to tossing and turning all night trying to find a comfortable spot on the mattresses. It was so bad, my dad wanted to sleep in a chair. Please upgrade the mattresses in this room!
Pros:
1. The floor was quiet.
2. No smell of smoke.
3. Plenty of parking.

Would return in a minute.
