We had a great stay. The room was clean. Hot chocolate bar was nice with the snowy weather. They have a bar in the lobby and the breakfast was decent also. Will stay again.

Very nice hotel for a good price. The bathroom was nicely appointed with full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash which were attached to the wall. You could be at this hotel for multiple days. Breakfast was very good. Glad we chose this hotel.

We were looking for something fairly last minute and traveling with a dog. This hotel was more than we expected. Reasonable price, very clean, close to food and friendly staff. We got a care bag for the dog with a magnet and door hanger with pet in room notification. Also inside was a small water bowl and a couple of biscuits for our pup. The pool was a saline system so not so much chlorine smell. Breakfast was bagged up by staff since it’s COVID 19 time but there were options. The room had a kitchenette so microwave, larger fridge/freezer and dishwasher. We had room for 6 in our 2 queen suite. There was a nice outdoor fire pit which was relaxing to sit and talk. We will definitely stay there again since we have family close by.

The day our large group was scheduled to arrive, (a big block of rooms paid for month in advance) we received an email from the manager telling us we would have to move halfway thru our trip to another hotel further from our event and with fewer amenities. The only reason given was that they had mistakenly overbooked their rooms. And somehow just figured it out the day of our arrival?! After some investigation, we learned that our entire group of paying families were kicked out so they could house illegal migrants in our place! The corporate and local management, when confronted with this knowledge did not deny it. So do yourself a favor and don't risk a ruined trip, stay at an Airbnb. If I hadn't lived thru it, I wouldn't have believed it. Unbelievable lack of concern for paying customers.

The mirror on the bathroom states if we need room service, let the staff know and they will be happy to clean the room and refresh supplies. At 7:30 am the next day after I checked in, I requested basic room service of fresh towels and beds made. The lady said, "If we have time but I won't make any guarantees. Due to COVID, We service one floor a day and if your floor is not that floor, they may not get to it." When I returned that evening, there was a bag of towels sitting in front of my hotel room. They couldn't even put it in the room. I do not see this as acceptable customer service.

This hotel had the potential to be a great value for the amenities and size of the room, but everything from the staff, safety protocols, to cleanliness is lacking.
The reception is not welcoming, neither on the phone nor in person. Furniture was used a walls were thin and made for a hard night sleep. Worst was a return to a breakfast bar and and a relaxed attitude towards mask wearing in some common areas by staff. Promise of Lysol sanitation left sticky food and other residue about room. Bizarre.

Wonderful staff great rooms with dishwasher and all! Studio like room. Clean and sanitized they place a sticker on The doors when housekeeping sanitize the room. after that no one goes in but the next family. Spotless rooms! North Canton Ohio Home2 suites was very near a variety of stores and restaurants and near hall of fame! Wonderful stay!

Always clean, efficient and meets our expectations and needs. The online process for check-in, room key and check-out makes it easy to get in while limiting unnecessary contact with the staff. The staff when we did need them was helpful, friendly, welcoming and professional.

Had a great trip to the Canton Ohio area on our trip to Lebanon Pennsylvania! My husband and I often choose to stay at Hampton Inn & Suites but thought we'd try Home2Suites for our two-night stay. I believe our room must have been the token party room suite; there were so many things wrong stemming from the bedding, to window shade (no other window treatment) to stained, frayed sofa, overall grungy appearance of room and room fragrance of a men's locker room.
We brought our main concern of bedding to the manager's attention upon check-in and also in correspondence to him afterwards with a complete brush off.

Yes, we do have connecting rooms. They are subject to availability.
I do apologize for the extremely late response. We do preventive maintenance weekly on all rooms as our hotel is pet friendly. We also shampoo the carpets, shampoo the couch, and deep clean the room after any room with a pet checks out.
