Having both previously lived in Roma, my friend and I thought we would revisit the QA for dinner - we both had fond memories of the food and the bar service. What an absolute joke, the staff are rude, sarcastic and full of eye rolls. Once I received my dinner, my friend waited a further 20 minutes, before approaching the bar and asking if she could now have her food takeaway, the food then came out in a bowl where she again politely asked if it could be popped in a takeaway container, the lady then rolled her eyes, smirked and stomped back to the kitchen. Really sad to see it fall from its former glory.

Had dinner with a group of friends. Service was terrific. Staff went out of their way to look after us! I recommend the burger and definitely the sidewinders! My partner had the mixed grill which he thoroughly enjoyed! Had a lovely time

Enjoyed a wonderful seafood lunch here at this historic hotel, which has been lovingly restored whilst maintaining its character. The lunchtime specials of some fresh seafood was a surprise here in the West and was very welcome on a hot day. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The QA was recommended by a taxi driver as we were heading to another restaurant. My poor rating is not for the food it’s for the poor service and bad attitude of the staff. We ordered an entree and main meal each. The entree arrived and we started eating and then about 1 minutes later the main meal came. I said what are we going to do with that now, we have just started our entree. The cook put the meals under the heat lamps so you can guess what the salad was like. They just made a joke of it. Shame because otherwise it’s a great place.
