Perfect 3 bedroom apartment overlooking the sea. Everything had been thought of plus a washer/dryer came in useful. The pool was lovely and staff very helpful. It's a real gem in a gorgeous location and our Christmas holiday was just perfect. Highly recommend and we hope to return when we next visit Australia.

We had a family weekend here. We got one 3 bedroom (22) and one 2 bedroom apartment (32). The views are amazing, looking straight at the beach and the location is perfect, across the road from the beach. Cafes and rest all around. A BWS very close, cotton Tree Markets, Aldo, Chemist Warehouse all in easy walking distance. The 3 bedroom unit was a bit of a maze but was equipped with lots of plates/cutlery/glasses. There was a dishwasher, washing machine and good sized fridge. Lots of chairs and very comfortable. The 2 bedroom unit was a much better layout and all rooms had a balcony, which was really nice. Would definitely recommend

The apartment was adequate to our needs although the bathroom is very dated and could be cleaner. However the weather was not kind and strong winds and the noise of the flapping umbrella on the balcony made sleep impossible. General comment about Maroochydore is that we found it difficult to find good food and restaurants close very early for both lunch and dinner service.

Comfortable apartment with adequate space for a couple. First floor apartment (no 12) whilst had large patio area, beach view was obscured. Sunlounge would have been nice. Noisy when pool was being used in both neighboring building and ours. TV is quite small, and a smart tv would be better in this day and age. Adequate kitchen facilities. More toilet paper would have been better given a 7 night booking. Overall, ok. Garage tight, damaged my car on yellow bollard. Fob scanners on opposite sides of the driveway to what would be expected. Great communication from management when booking and regarding out of hours checkin. No personal contact as not needed.

We are a family of 5 and the 3 bedroom apartment we got was perfect. Beautiful view and plenty of room. Comfortable beds and the kitchen was very stocked with all appliances etc you need. Not very big tv with Netflix. Air con and fans were great on hot days/nights. Quick walk to restaurants/ coffee shops and 2 min drive to Cotton Tree. We used the pool every day and under ground car park with easy access is always helpful with young children. I would really give this place a 5 out of 5!!

Lovely view from the 9th floor, and plenty of space but dated and a bit grubby. Bed was old and very uncomfortable with hard springs digging into you constantly - even a half decent mattress topper would have made it bearable Not cleaned well prior to our check-in at all. No lift on last 2 days - made it pretty miserable end to the trip. For the money pretty average

Our family spent 7 days , in a 3 bedroom apt( Room 28). Excellent view, the room has everything , to stay and eat in your apartment. So close to everything , so you can just walk. Easy to drive to Sealife, Aussieworld, etc.

We found this place by chance and loved it from when we arrived. Staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The spa and pool were just right and we used these facilities daily. There is a charming library near the pool and we borrowed books and DVD’s daily due to the weather with Cyclone Seth. This older style spacious apartment was so close to everything we needed, beach, food and shops. So great in fact we have rebooked for next year.

We stayed 4 nights in the first floor (that is 2nd floor for our American friends), apartment 10. Our main problem was not understanding the difference between an apartment and a hotel room. We expected extra toilet paper to be provided and even though the office staff provided toilet paper, they we under no obligation to do that. Likewise, when we wanted the towels replaced, a washer and drier were in the apartment so we were expected to wash and dry them. Once we understood that everything was fine, not just fine, but a place that I would return to in a heartbeat. The price was reasonable, $A580 for 4 nights. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, after the office staff had left, but they had given adequate instructions on how to get to our apartment. The one misunderstanding was the ”Fob” needed to operate the lifts and open doors. We thought that they meant the key card, but no it was a little tear drop shape on the key ring. What confused us more was that the “key card” would intermittently work, what we didn’t understand was it worked when we accidentally moved the Fob close to the receiver. Another guest did show us what to do, so we were able to operate the garage doors an lifts successfully every time. Key Largo Apartments are centrally located in Maroochydore. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants and everything else you could ever need. On our stay we visited Australia Zoo which was only a half hour drive away. Unfortunately we are going through wet season event that only occurs every ten or fifteen years, so it rained most of the time. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. The beds are firm, and probably better than our beds at home. There are 2 tv’s one in the lounge room and one in the bedroom. There is a private balcony which, if the sun had been shining would have been lovely. There is an excellent pool, a spa, a sauna and a library. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything that you would like to cook, no food provided, just the utensils. For people who have read my previous reviews, you will know that the showers are important to me. These are great showers. Plenty of pressure, hot water, plenty of room, I could not have asked for more. If you come, I am sure it will meet and exceed your expectations, unless you where expecting a $10,000 a night room for $180 a night price. We loved it!
