after arriving at the hotel at 1pm i was greeted by the manager chris i believe who assisted me with my bags to my room over the 2 nights at the hotel and experiencing a few minor issues with signal (its a old area so i presume signal is not great anywhere but they have wifi) and the tv playing up the team went above and beyond to look after me. i want to thank kim kezzie and sue for the wonderful service chris should be proud of the standards the team i will be back

I can't praise this place enough. What a fanatic team running this site. Polite and going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. No issue was a problem. The staff are very knowledgeable of their jobs and seem to do far more than they're paid for. Whoever is the manager here has a great team to be proud of, to get a workforce like this they must be doing something right. The only thing letting them down which is out of their control is the conditions of the room, they are very clean but in need of an overhaul. I think it may be overdue a refurbishment If I could give a higher start rating I would. Thanks guys hope to visit again soon.
