Detailed Reviews
This small RV park is located at about 15 minutes on the 230 road towards the Bonavista (also close to the junction towards the Elliston village). The park is quiet and overlooking a nice small lake. It has a round layout with some lots at different levels, located around a green center park which featured some nice chairs overlooking at the lake, to enjoy the scenery and sunsets. It can accommodate large rigs. The dump station and washrooms are well located. The spacing between each lots is quite decent, and in an open space type. Sean the owner, was completing some improvements to several lots, and to the men washroom with added showers (July 2022). The owner was very nice, and did provided some great additional information on the fisheries, local folks and the leaving in the area. I will recommend this park to my friends visiting the Bonavista area in RVs as a nice and quiet place to stay.
Thanks again Sean for your hospitality, Steeve & Muriel.

Very basic RV park. Bathrooms are not heated, so were cold when we were there. Showers have no hooks or place to put clothes while showering. They are hot showers, at least. Dumping station is not on the way out, and you need to back out of it after you dump. Owner is friendly, although he charged more for a 50amp plug in over the 30 amp plug in. Had we of known, we would not have plugged the 50 amp, as we did not need it.

We had a lovely stay at Paradise Farm RV Park. The hosts Sean and Nancy were friendly and super helpful with all of our needs on or off the park. The bathrooms were nice and clean, although the men’s bathroom was being renovated at the time and under construction. The RV Park was close to all the activities we wanted to do and very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

The RV park is typical of many RV camping facilities...just a big parking lot, just pull up parallel to the next trailer on the lot. Place is right by a small lake though so that was nice for the kids to play in, since there is nothing else to keep them occupied here.
Beware though, the little dude running this place is like Dr. Jekel and Mr. Hyde, wowzers! Guy seems friendly and welcoming at first, but if you question one policy or ask one wrong question and he will bite your head off and become the nastiest little dude you'll ever want to meet. I did not mean to offend you, bud, I just asked for clarification on your extra charges, take her easy, ey, that is no reason to try to intimidate my family with your insessant patrols and dirty looks.

The owner charged us for every possible extra he could think of. We ended up paying 70 bucks a night for a parking pad. Might as well have stayed in a hotel. It was almost comical, the extra charges he came up with once we were settled in. He kind of had us over a barrel once we got there. It was late, and we had tiered and grumppy kiddos so we had to stay. Worst place we stayed in Newfoundland. Would not go back!!

Very clean and well maintained. Clean and functional toilets and showers. Only 2 services. Well located, near a beautiful lake (pond). 2 places to empty. Several grassy fields, others on the rock. Lots of garbage.

We looked at all the RV campgrounds in the upper Bonavista area and decided on Paradise Farms and glad we did. A convenient location just south of town and about 10 min from Elliston, super quiet, great lake views, easy hook up, and best of all, the hosts (owners) are genuinely nice and helpful. They provided great local insight to the area as well. we learned about the backbreaking and tireless work they both invest into this park. We booked for 2 and stayed for 3. Site 16 was perfect. Thank you for a great stay.

This small park is out in the country and overlooking a lake. The newer sights are all gravel and have 50 amp service. There is water at site and a dump station. There is plenty of room for any size rig.
